Plumbing service, they were quick and affordable. Had them do a commercial quote in Carrollton, they were punctual and got the issue fixed promptly. Would definitely use their service again.

Call to get an estimate on a major repair. Sewer line is broken, receptionist wants me to send her the report of the plumber who found the problem, really? If you can’t take the time to come look at my issue and want to use someone else’s report, you don’t get my money!

Jennings came out to my home in McKinney after the home warranty company sent another company who were complete frauds and said the problem couldn’t be corrected (HRS Plumbing out of Plano & Richardson).
Michael with Jennings called to let me know he was on his way and arrived in less than 30 minutes.
Once I told him about the problem with my tankless hot water heater and he saw the shower heads I have, he knew exactly what the problem was. It was as simple as removing the flow restrictors! He and his assistant were SO nice and professional (wore booty covers and were very careful) and had the job done in under an hour. They made sure to run the water and watch the heater to make sure it was corrected.
I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them.

We needed to get a water heater replaced and they were able to come to our home quickly and work around our schedule. The service tech was very friendly and professional and even made sure to cover the carpet so we didn’t get any stains. The price was great for a professional installation and we would happily use them again. They are definitely one of the good ones.

I used Jennings Plumbing when I lived in Carrollton. I was impressed by their service and reasonable pricing. I’ve since moved out of state, but kept my home as a rental. Last winter we had a MAJOR plumbing problem with my home in Carrollton. Shawn worked with me and fixed the plumbing problem without me having to come back to Carrollton. I didn’t have to worry about the quality of work nor being taken advantage of by a dishonest plumber. Jennings Plumbing is the absolute best in the Carrollton area.
