I cannot say enough about the quality of care my children receive here. The Director, Yvette Hill, Assistant Director Jackie Busch, and Manager Elizabeth Rodriguez have been such a treasure to our family. They have been consistent with our family both financially and academically. I work a pretty stressful career and I am so blessed to have this team by my side! They have consistently gone above and beyond to feed my children nutritious whole foods, teach them above their learning level, nurture them for their individuality(we’ve been here for 3 years so I have seen the progression to speak to its professionalism and attention to detail), and most of all their absolute charm in making me feel welcomed and that my children are part of their family every day. As a mom who has to work every day, La Petite Carrollton makes it easier and more comfortable for me to do so. I could not imagine doing this without La Petite Carrollton! Thank you so much!

I am a mother of two toddlers. I have a 2 year old and a 3 year old. I was immediately impressed by the initiative that Ms Elizabeth(the 2 year old teacher) took with potty training my 2 year old. Unlike Children’s Courtyard, La Patite and specifically this location really puts an emphasis on potty training. More over the curriculum for my 2 year old is very structured and documented at the end of the day on a report that I can discuss in detail with the instructor at the end of the day. I really appreciate that the Director has the primary instructors start late morning so that when I pick up my little ones at the end of the day I am actually speaking to the teachers that spent the most time with my children and not some one that was only in the classroom the last hour of the day. These instructors really care. It is not just a job to these teachers. My 3 year old is doing extremely well. His teacher Ms. Katherine also has a report for him and details what was covered in class each day. With Childrens’ Courtyard those reports were phased out at the age of 3 because they did not feel the need to document his day because there was no need to document if there were no diaper changes. There is a great outdoor area behind the school that my two sons really enjoy. Recently there was a Parents Night which allowed us to drop off our sons from 7 to 11 so that my husband and I could enjoy a night out. Overall this place is an excellent daycare.

I visited 2 daycares in the area and I felt most comfortable with the staff here at La Petite in Carrollton. Mrs. Natalie scooped up both kids and took them away to play while I spoke with the director. That was great! The kids have bonded with their teachers and have made many friends here. The teachers are always friendly and willing to discuss your child’s day with you. I have even received a few email during the day with cute stories about the kids or just to let me know how they were doing from the director Kelly Zook. The only problem I have had is that my daughter has already had 3 different teachers in the 2s room, but it is not the daycares fault that they can’t find someone who is willing to stick around. That age group has to be difficult and I am confident they will get someone that will stick around soon. My daughter does not seem to mind the change in teachers. Overall I am very happy with this daycare and I plan on keeping my kids there until they are off to school. Just for reference my son is 3.5 and my daughter is 2. Right now they are different rooms, but it gives them a nice break from each other.
