This review is for the room rental process and room itself only. we needed a to rent a room to host an event and this place was perfect. We were having about 20 guests and I would say the room would be good for up to 30 comfortably. The process was so smooth, from making contact, to paying(good rate), and the flexibility of it all. They arrange the tables in any way you want(you just have to tell them on an easy diagram they provide). They have an audio/video system that is great for presentations or movies. The staff was so helpful and went above and beyond to make the room and event great. There was even a sign with the party name in the entry way so guests could not get lost. It is right off the freeway and there is abundant parking. The nearby play areas were great for the kids as well.

This is a great place to walk/run, play soccer, volleyball and basketball! Cute little park with a nice covered picnic table area. Grounds are always clean!

Awesome place to play Football, Basketball, and really any other sport! The Basketball hoops are awesome! Just wish they had lights and closed at midnight or something. Would love to play Basketball at night time.

fun area to play basketball or soccer. Plenty of parking as well… that’s FREE! Right behind the soccer fields you can even walk or jog the trail. For the most part it seems like a very clean area, sometimes I see a few cans here and there, but overall a nice park area to bring the kids and enjoy some sports

Love this field!!! I play volleyball here to practice for our league. I want to start a Unilocal volleyball league if anyone is interested! :) They have enough field for soccer, lacross, sand volleyball, flag football, and basketball! I mean whoa! I wish I was good at all those sports to play!

The Fields is by far one of the best outdoor complexes in the area, especially for a family such as ours with two young children. They have two playgrounds, both covered and soft ground(not woodchips!), plus a covered pavilion with grills, clean bathrooms, and lots of room to run around and play. During warm weather, they’ll turn on the splash fountains for the kids to run in, and there is always someone helpful on site to help you with any other requests you might have. There’s a lot of other amenities as well — soccer fields, baseball diamonds, sand volleyball, an indoor meeting area — that we haven’t taken advantage of yet, but I highly recommend it to others. If you need to rent the facilities, they have folks you can contact to do that as well. The only downside of this park(and the only reason I gave it less than five stars) is that it can be downwind of the dump that’s in the general area. It’s only been a problem once or twice in the countless times we’ve visited The Fields, but the little, sporadic wafts of … unpleasantness … can crinkle your nose a bit. But it’s not enough to deter us from returning time and time again. Make sure you check the park times as it is run by the First Baptist Carrollton; their hours are scheduled around their ministry schedule. Love this place!
