Awesome price and financing terms. Installers great and even reinstalled curtains. The windows and sliding door so quiet. First time since I move in that the garbage truck didn’t wake me!

Horrible company. Definitely would never do business with them. Sale person is late and completely unprofessional. Wanted you spend over an hour for a presentation.

I wish there was an option less than one star. The salesperson was just okay, not spectacular. He wanted to lock me down to a price on the spot and when I refused he went away, taking all of his pricing information with him. He never followed up with a phone call or email, and he never gave me an opportunity to change my mind. When he realized that I would be talking with other companies, he should have stepped up his game. Shady practices.
These salespeople do not care that it’s your hard-​earned money and that window replacement is a huge investment. You must pick the right company because you want the job done right and good customer service if it’s not done right. Based on the shady tactics of this salesperson, Window Expo was ruled out…

I had an entire home of windows, doors and sliders replaced by Windows Expo DFW. Great experience, great results, very fair pricing, and fantastic service. My install was complex, because we’re remodeling. The WE team was very conscious of the situation, and very good to work with on this project. From the salesman to the installer to the scheduler, everyone made me feel like this project mattered to them.

I used Window Expo for my home installation of new windows and the whole experience was great.
The sales guy– I called window expo for a bid along with three other companies. They quickly made an appointment to come see the residence and give a bid. Not only was the sales guy nice, he was also much more knowledgable than any other company that placed a bid and answered all my questions patiently.
Before installation– I received status update calls as my windows were being ordered, delivered, and scheduling installation dates.
Installation– the guys that installed the windows were very considerate, clean, and went above and beyond as I had to have heavy items moved out of the way to get to some windows. They even were quiet while I was on work calls.
Post Installation– received a post call to check on everything and then got my warranty paperwork in the mail.

We had Window Expo replace all of the windows in our house. From the salesman to the installation they were very professional. The windows are fantastic and the installers were very conscientious of our home during the install and working around the rain. We chose them after getting 3 bids and are pleased with the decision.

This review does not include any installation not will it ever. We met one of their sales people at the Texas home and garden show last Sunday. We are in escrow on a house and had found out through the inspection that the windows are have seal failure issues.
We told this to the sales guy and asked if they fix them «he said absolutely». I set up an appointment to meet me at our new home for Tuesday. Monday I got a call confirming my appointment. When I said my husband wouldn’t be there she confirming agent became upset and said we needed to reschedule because they don’t want to meet unless my husband was there with me. I said that doesn’t work it had to be Tuesday because we are in escrow and our option period is up on that day. She again said, how about Saturday when your husband can be there. I again explained we had to have our quote Tuesday and that if its a problem without my husband being there maybe I needed to find a company that was more female friendly. She told me she would call me back to make sure this was ok with the person coming out. She called me back and said it wouldn’t be an issue and that they would meet me there on Tuesday.
Fast forward to Tuesday. I show up early to the appointment on a house in in escrow on. The guy was rude and wouldn’t talk to me just to my male real estate agent. He then goes on to tell me that they don’t fix seal failures. I said that’s ok since he was there what are we looking at just replacing the windows. He looked at me and said this was a waste of his time and he didn’t have to talk to me because I didn’t own the home yet. He went in to state that there were people that he could actually sell windows to today who actually owned the home already.
My agent and I were stunned. Both of us said we wouldn’t call them back, EVER! You would think in sales that you treat everyone like a potential sale… Guess not. Sad too, my agent is a top producer… Most sales people would like someone like him giving their information out for SALES!

I submitted an interest form for windows for my home and was contacted promptly. They set up and appointment and missed it. I called back and set up another one. They did not call and confirm or cancel either appointment and I waited at home for this company to show up. What a waste of my time!

I love my new windows! I can’t believe it made such a big difference in the way my house feels. This winter has been so cold and you would have know idea that it was cold outside in my house. The heater does not come on near as much and I has already seen a large decrease in my heating bill. I got bids from several companies. One tried to sell me less efficient windows when he found out who has competition was because he knew he could not beat their prices. What I like best about this company is that they were straight forward and honest. The windows are a great value for the money and they are manufactured locally (can’t beat that)! And they look great! I would highly recommend these windows.

Great product, fairly priced (much more so than the door-​door guys with the high-​priced sales tactics) — conscientious installers paid attention to detail. Completely satisfied.

Window Expo installed some sound proof windows in my baby nursery. They were very professional, had great prices and showed up on time. I would highly recommend them.
