I rarely take time to write a bad review, but this must be written. this is an awful place, don’t come here. I needed a brow thread, so I searched groupon & found what I thought was a good deal. I got 3 cuts from it, keep in mind I’ve been threading for 12 yrs & have never been hurt, 2 in my right eye & one
lip.I had to tell the lady TWICE where to thread after she had me look in the mirror,& STILL had spots that were missed on my left cheek, lip,& forehead. For $ 25? I deserved better. Not only that, but the poor girl getting her hair done behind me had a worse experience. She kept telling the” hair stylist” that she wanted side bangs… simple enough? No. The stylist didn’t understand,& she tried cutting her bangs in a straight line to the point where the poor girl said, never mind I won’t do bangs. She didn’t even know what feathered meant. Worst groupon experience. Just stay away from this place.

Let me start off by saying that I was very nervous about using a new stylist. I have had the same person for over 18 years but I moved out of the area. I saw this salon that was close to home and offered a groupon. All the pics that I saw online seemed that they could handle my super short pixie. Nasrat exceed my expectationns. The cut is precise and she took her time and even recommended a change in the clipper size to make sure it was not too short. I would recommend this salon to anyone. She was very friendly and showed me my cut several times along the way to make sure I liked it. My husband even complimented it when I got home. I have already scheduled my next cut in 4 weeks with her.

Great place to get any sort of haircut done. I have been visiting Nusrat since she was located in Irving. I am blown away every time by the effort and care she puts in taking care of my hair. I have taken my mother here a couple of times and she found Nusrat’s work to be beyond impressive. I cannot visualize how any ordinary person would have any issue with her. When I am with Nusrat I can breathe with the sense of relief that my hair will be well taken care of. Take my word for it and go see Nusrat. Thank you Nusrat!

DO NOT EVER go to this salon. The staff is rude and scam artists. They run Groupon scams to lure you there, then nickel and dime you to get money out of you to actually provide the service. They sold more Groupons than they can handle and will complain about it if you walk in with one. I was treated badly since the second I walked in, until I left because I wouldn’t keep paying them more money. I got a refund from Groupon. Unfortunately, I missed my friend’s wedding ceremony, rushing home to wash and style my own hair, which no amount of money could ever get back. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to my worst enemy. It’s dirty and smells bad too. Don’t ever go here. I could only imagine what would have happened if I actually let them cut my hair! I truly hope they go out of business or are shut down.

Nusrat has been my hair dresser since 1995. All I do is go in there and tell her to make me look beautiful. Trust me, she is the best!
