I come to chili’s from time to time, and the service is always outstanding! They are very attentive to your needs. I absolutely love their soups, my favorite is the loaded potatoe soup. I truely recommended this place.

This was first time here in Nevada chili’s I have to say I was very impressed. Not was only the food very good but our waitress Denise was outstanding. She took the order of all 15 of us, got all of the changes in the food correct, was very attentive, and had a above the excellent mark in attitude. She was literally the happiest waitress I have ever seen. To the manger: Keep Denise happy and give her a raise, she is worth more than her weight in gold.

Hubby and I had their 2 for $ 35.00 special. Can’t be beat! Chips, salsa and guacamole for appetizer, half a rack of ribs with fries for dinner, molten chocolate cake for dessert and 2 president margaritas… out for under $ 45 including tip? I will be back!

Most of their food is good but I’m really bothered by the fact that the fajitas sides are so tiny. Only enough for one fajita, in my opinion! Also, their nachos are ridiculous! Be prepared because they give very few chips. That’s not nachos!!! Come on Chilis, at least make it worthwhile please?! I love all the people there and yes, Dawn IS awesome! separately I would give her and others that work there 5 full stars! Points would go up for Chilis to 5 stars if they would just put fajitas and nachos back to how they used to serve them!

Worst service in town, bar none! Food? Meh, it’s Chilis, you know what you’re gonna get. Ok, first, if you come in after 8 pm, they’ll beg you to go into the bar. Resist at all costs — the table service in the bar is mega-slow and uninvolved. But they want to let their dining room staff go as quickly as possible. The flickering tv’s in the barn are really irritating as well. And what makes a flatbread take 20 minutes to come out, after salads are finished? When there is literally no one else in the place? That i keep falling for this place despite repeated bad experiences probably says a lot about my age and failing memory. Do yourself a favor, try someplace, any place else.

I have to say I have been here many times before and it hasn’t been as bad. Tonight wife and I went to dinner and she was in the mood for fajitas. She ordered the dinner fajitas with chicken and beef and I ordered a 10oz sirloin medium rare. When we got our order the fajitas looked like the lunch portion and the steak was waayyy over cooked. When we asked the server to talk to the manager it took a good 5 min for anyone to finally show up, only to be told the meal would be comp for the issues. I don’t go out to eat so I can get a free meal, I go out to get good food. I might not go back after the experience the wife and I had. Hopefully they get there act together, especially since Applebee’s is so much closer.

We ordered a grilled chicken salad and chicken crispers & for appetizer ordered onion rings. Onion rings came and they werea little burn and when the server asked us how was everything and we said onion ring burned and he was in such a hurry and he said okay good We just laughed because funny, he said good for burnt onion rings lol Portion of the food were huge. My chicken crispers was way too much for me. It came with fries too. Chicken was perfect and the battered was good too and Fries cooked perfect. I love the honey mustard dipping sauce. Grilled chicken salad was good too. Price is okay, service was okay.

I stopped here once and wasn’t impressed, but I didn’t write a review at the time. I do seem to recall it was hellishly busy, loud, and I probably felt grumpy so decided not to do a review. Fast forward a year or two, arriving at slightly before lunch time. Ignored the burgers and went directly for some pasta Cajun chicken thing they got going on. It was very tasty and JUST as bad for you as a burger, I bet, so no guilt there about trying to eat«healthy.» I am eating this chicken thing every time I come here, and when they stop serving it, I will go somewhere else. Just a heads up. Got the bizarre little computer terminal at the table. You can order off of it if you want. But the waiter comes by to tell you. So, do you, like, go, «You know? I really would rather not talk to you. I will give my order to the machine instead, thanks.» It also looks like it’s trying to talk me into paying to play some kind of game. That’s just messed up. But if you’re there for lunch and need to get back to work, very cool to not have to wait for the water to bring you your check.

I just had lunch while in Carson City on business. The beef short rib enchiladas were excellent and so was the table side guacamole. The server was fantastic! Jesse was so positive and helpful. I would highly recommend this Chili’s location.

Dinner with the in law’s, tried something new. The service was poor. We stood waiting to be seated for 5 mins before any one even acknowledged us. There was no line and they were noy busy. And was told to seat our selves where ever. We sat down and our server passed us 8 times(yes I actually counted) before she even said hello. Didn’t bring menus, had to snag those off another table. Finally the waitress comes by our table and we had to repeat our order 3 times before she got it right. Took forever to get our food, which was good, table was not cleared, we ended up putting our empty glasses and plates on a near by table. Poor service, but the food was good.

The meal was exceptional. It was reasonably priced and the service was great. For a franchise type restaurant it rates up there with fine dining. The atmosphere was also very pleasant.

See, here’s the thing, it’s CHILI’S. I mean, CHILI’S. It’s not the four star restaurant we’d all like to go to, it’s a franchise that survives because it’s so gosh-darn consistent.(Usually…) The night my mother and I decided to pop in for a late night meal was barely passable. Don’t get me wrong, the food is spot on(like I said, consistency), but the service was –terrible – . Our waitress ignored us 75% of the time and only brought us drinks after I made it practically jumping-jack obvious that I wanted something.(Geesh!!) Our food took a lot longer than that late night empty should have produced, but I’m glad it came before 10PM. Most of the waitresses were ambling around not doing anything and it seemed we were not the only ones lacking in customer service. The last pet peeve of the night? Waitresses that sweeten up to you for the 30 seconds that it takes them to ask you if you need anything else, give you your check, and wish you a good night. Riigghhtt, that’s gonna work. Ya know, erase the last hour of non-existent service.(Hello, jumping jack?) Yeaaahhh right. On our way out, the hostesses, young high school girls, were all absorbed in their drama but cussing like they weren’t on the job and being paid to be properly mannered. CRINGE. My mother doesn’t not like hearing such things from young ladies that should be, well, young –ladies-. But really, c’mon, Chili’s. I know you can do better than this. It wouldn’t take much to shape up!

Chili’s has the best margaritas ever. My husband and I are on a mission to find good margaritas, and this place delivers every time. We order the Presidente. It comes in a blue shaker. I don’t know what their mix is, but I recommend you go try! So, so so hard to find good ones. Keep up the good work, Chili’s, and DON’T change your mix! The food there is good, too!

April 28, 2012 Saturday — dinner 14:00PM 2 adults and a kid Atmosphere — 5 stars Food — 3 stars Service — 4 stars Background — Been years since I have been to a Chili’s and never this location. Atmosphere — What you expect from a Chili’s. Food Appetizer — none order. Main Course — I had the three crispy chicken tacos. The chicken could have been cut into smaller pieces, way too big for being in a taco. The flour tortillas cracked open on the bottom almost immediately. So once you had it in your hand there was no putting it down. The tortillas that game with the fajitas were fine. The chicken and the topping were good but ripping of the taco tells me they are using product that is too old. Dessert — Had the Oreo molten dessert, I glad the three of us shared it. It was very good and probably could have eaten the whole thing without thinking about it. Service — I don’t know how many visits we had from our waitress before we decided what we wanted. Other than that it was fine. Future — Sure if I am in that part of town.
