Payless ShoeSource

The Customer Service here is horrible!!! When presenting the item I wanted at the register, the Manager (who offered her name to me very sarcastically when she seen I was on the phone with corporate) Jienna has a very bad attitude. Her sales associates (I didn’t catch her name) attitude was a carbon copy of hers as well. The item I wanted was priced differently than what the register charged me. I told her she had to honor that price because if I worked for Weights and Measures she would honor it with no problem. She wanted to argue, so I just called corporate. Before I could speak to anyone Jienna was calling her Manager, and other stores on help if she should give me the tagged price or not. When all was said and done, she reluctantly gave me the tagged price because whoever she spoke to told her to do so.
****I grabbed the shoe from the display that the associated was at and chose the item and they tried to say someone switched the price. Really?!! The associate was just there. Either it was miss priced or someone isn’t doing their job correctly. That is… NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT.****

Had to buy a certain color shoe for my daughter for a wedding. Didn’t want to spend much on a shoe she probably will never wear again.
Went here later in the evening about 15 minutes to closing. One of the associates was super friendly and helpful. We knew they were closing soon so we were rushing to not hold them up. The other associate rudely told the person helping us to tell us they had to close and to make sure we know. I thought this was rude. The associate helping us told us they were about to close and we acknowledged that we knew and would only be a few minutes. We ended buying what we needed and left with several minutes to spare before closing. Pretty bad when one rude person can ruin your shoe shopping experience. I rarely shop at Payless and now I know why. If I needed to go there again, I would use another location.

Very very poor customer service! I came here, presented a coupon that I wrote on a piece of paper because my printer broke down, and was treated as if I’m trying to commit a fraud. The cashier did not allow me to use the coupon, so I ended up walking away without buying any shoes.
