Wendy’s

Came here for a salad and the jalapeño cheese fries. I was not impressed at all! The fries were disgustingly undercooked. The jalapeños and cheese sauce did no justice for them. I rarely to never eat at Wendy’s, but it strongly needs to revamp the skin-​on, tasteless fries they’ve had forever.
My friend was pissed about the chicken sandwich too. It looked like a kid’s size sandwich. To top this all off, there was about 10 cars in the drive through mid-​day. You would’ve thought prices were cheaper, food was better, or something was being given away.

They got the order wrong and did not correct the mistake when I asked. This location is poorly run

Really bad customer service, rude and top it off the workers didn’t even know what to do when i asked a question, they had to ask there manager for help. they weren’t able to solve there own problems. and top it off my husband order was not right. Never coming here again.

Use to be a better run place. They often don’t have the drinks machine filled and are missing items at the side counter. They usually tend not to have tea available either. The debit card reader wasn’t working once and they had me wait around. They eventually said it was down and since I don’t carry cash on me to come back and pay when I had cash, which I wasn’t about to do because I was leavening for the week. My dad ended up paying since he carries cash. Actually the only reason I still go to this place is because of him. He doesn’t drive any more and he loves it. Since it’s the closet Wendy’s to him house I bring him. Staff can be nice, but the management sucks. Better served going to another location.

I visit this location with my family, we had a really good time our food was hot and fresh and employees were very nice. Thank you Wendy’s for your service.

The guy manager that works there is amazing I had only cash brought a smaller purse forget to get my debt cards out my main purse I was short 2 $ and he said no worries ! Wow now that’s nice I went to pay him back the next day but he was not there but I’ll be going back the same day I did last week hoping he’ll be there! The food was great! And the place inside us clean huge plus for me! Thank you!!!

I usually go through the drive thru and only get a Caesar side salad and 6 piece spicy nuggets, never had a complain. But we Cameron a Sunday afternoon and ate in. Our order came out to be $ 30! Other customers got their order before us then to top it off we didn’t get half our order and when we went to ask for it the girl helping us kept on having us attitude. Won’t be coming back here again!

This place doesn’t give good service because the chili I ordered was luke warm and when I returned it to let them know the girl could not communicate with me because she could not speak English

Worst Wendy’s around here. Ate inside gave me a cup that had splashed stuff on it. Got my food opened my pecan apple salad n there was a short black hair right on the chicken. Went back to the counter told the manager a short ugly mexican girl there was a hair in here grabbed it with an attitude and said something in Spanish to another ugly blonde mexican girl and a mexican man. They looked @ each other like wth… guess they were trying to figure out whos gonna make more chicken? I asked the manager to give me a corporate or a branch managers phone number she refused and said here its on a receipt she was giving me. I then just took my salad n went back to my table. The tables were so dirty and flies flying all over the place. I couldn’t believe how nasty and dirty it was in here never again will I come here.

Hey Dave, do something about all the flies in your restaurant! We counted about 30 – 40 flies in there today, with your back door wide open. We will not be returning. Food is otherwise good, but I was sickened by the lack of regard for cleanliness/​fly control. 1 star, BIG FAT ZERO if I could!

I am not a huge fan of fast food, but when I eat it, it needs to be worth it. Wendy’s dollar menu is great, especially when you’re not hungry enough for a full meal or you don’t want to spend a lot. I love their spicy chicken nuggets, that are surprisingly truly spicy and their bbq sauce is really good with them. Their fries are always perfect and they are salted! Yay! I hate eating unsalted fries. Such a waste… The burgers on their dollar menu are also good and I appreciate places that still have dollar menus.
I have only been here a few times, so I haven’t encountered any real problems. My only issue is that their parking lot is super dark! Like «take your time and come rape me» dark! They need lights in that lot and the drive thru! You can’t see anything going on in that lot. The place is so dark at night, that it looks like they’re closed and if it weren’t for the few cars in the lot, I would have just driven by thinking that they were closed. I wonder how much business that must have lost because of that. Otherwise, it’s in a nice location, but hidden behind CVS, depending on which direction you’re coming from and it’s nicely landscaped and clean (from a daylight point-​of-​view).

Do not eat here! I’ve been to this Wendy’s 2 times in a row. The first time I literally had my chicken nugget bit into*(more details below) and just now they got my whole order completely wrong and when I called the chain to notify them about it, they acted clueless! So after this review I will be calling corporate!
So one day I went through the drive through and for some weird reason my card was declining so I left the drive through to call my bank and apparently I reported it lost (I most of been drunk) so I went back through the drive through and ordered the same exact meal, ate it in the parking lot and as I’m halfway through eating I pickup a chicken nugget that’s half eaten. So I look at the receipt and it was the same printed receipt when I first places the order before my card declined! Disgusting! I went in immediately and complained and they gave me a free replacement meal with an added in frostee. So this is the time I been back and this has happened to me. Never going back to this Wendy’s ever! (Unless the whole staff is fired“
Side note: I remember back in high school my classmate told me that this Wendy’s used to smell the meat before they cooked it, I thought she was being dramatic back then but now I wouldn’t be surprised ! Tear this place down and bring RAISING CANES!

No coffee? No breakfast. Had to go to different restaurant. There were no other patrons at the place. The extra star is for the improved menu which I almost tried to order from. But no coffee is a deal breaker…

The service here sucks… I used the drive thru, never did I get a friendly «hello» «hi» or any friendly greeting from the employee. I asked for extra ketchup n they made a face like I was just annoying them. I always think twice before I come here

I just wanted to get a small burger. I ordered 2 JR. BACON BURGER off there $ 1.99 menu.
WOW that was good. Maybe later i’ll get 2 more.

We liked the sandwiches, but the management and staff were adding charges and literally «forgot» to reduce the kids meal prices to $ 1.99 each like their window ad stated! They tried to give my 6-​yr old the kids meal toy of a 3-​yr old instead. They also told us the bottled water option was extra, though it did not state that on the menu board. Does this come from the ownership directing the staff to cut corners and not honor any offers unless customers demand it? I do NOT recommend this Wendy’s — use Unilocal to find another nearby until they change their business practices.

Do you like burgers that taste like burgers and a chile that will warm you on a cold day and fill you up and at a good price then you need to come here. The service is slacking, but what can you expect from kids. Give it a try. Plenty of parking and easy in and out on two major streets.

I only usually go through their drive through here. I don’t think I really even have a favorite food here. Though it is convenient to to grab a kids’ meal with a cool toy, since other places like Jack in the Box doesn’t. Not a fan of their frosty’s either, to me it tastes like an ice blended ice cream.

This Wendy’s never seems to be too crowded. It’s kind of off the main path and that may be part of the reason. But it’s a good thing. The quality here is usually pretty good. I haven’t had them mess up an order. And the food is fairly fresh.
They also keep the inside pretty clean.
