Wife rushed out of surgery and shoved out the door.literally. They screwed up our billing and then when we call back we get the runaround. Some lady named Sharon answered the phone and only cared about getting off the phone. not caring about actually listening to us, the customer, and taking care of the problem. I figured something was up when there was no follow-​up with our experience at this hospital. There is a reason for that. It’s usually a terrible experience from what I’ve learned. Avoid this place. it’s not Wellstar.

I have been a patient at the Cartersville Medical Center several times and have always experienced friendly, caring and efficient service and care. Recently I was admitted for an echocardiogram and the three ladies (one supervisor and two in training) who did the intake were not only professional but exceptionally friendly and exhibited a much welcome sense of humor. Thanks to Denise Brown, supervisor, Stacy White, and Nancy Hall.

Horrible Hospital! I had a heart attack and had stents put in. The Doctor gave me nothing for pain during the procedure. The nurse was very hateful in the cardiac cath lab. You can ring for the nurses and they would never come. Intensive care nurses talked loud and laughed all night. It sounded like a party and you could not sleep. This hospital gives you zero information when you are discharged. Go to another hospital if possible. The sheets on the bed smelled like vomit. The odor was so bad my family had to bring lysol. We could not figure out what the smell was for several days until we asked a nurse to smell the sheets. The nurse confirmed the smell came from the sheets. I had a night emergency in the bathroom and pulled the emergency string NO NURSE CAME. This hospital is SCARY! Hospital staff treats you like you are a bother to them. My 5 day stay cost $ 158,000.00. This hospital charged $ 500 for one pill. This medical center needs to be investigated.

This is the worst hospital ever. If you have seconds to live… go anywhere but here. They have had multiple lawsuits and many wrongful deaths. Ask anyone in town. They suck. They almost killed my father. Luckly he was transferred to Emory Midtown where he was on life support for two weeks because they failed to diagnose a blood infection which he contracted there for a bad IV. What kind of establishment can’t even do an IV right?
