Server was great. Really sweet and informative! I’m giving 4 stars one being for her service the food was more of a 3. Don’t get me wrong it was good! But I’m from the Bronx and garlic knots and pizza are super close to my heart. These garlic knots are definitely not fried and doused in a garlicky butter. Good but not what I’ve known. Pizza was good! The red sauce was very marinara in a good way and tasted good. The cheese was good and it was seasoned well. They even had garlic powder and red pepper on the table which is bonus points!!! The only thing I will say is the dough was very thick. Heavy even. This would have been a solid 4 star north country pizza place if it were thinner pizza. The dough did taste good. I really have no complaints about this place! Bonus points for having a ton of frank Sinatra playing.

We have never been disappointed by the food here. Usually get pizza and garlic knots when we drive through town. The few times we dined in we had a great experience. After asking about their wings one day the server brought us out a few with the different sauces to try for free.

Seriously, the best pizza place ever! SO GOOD! We were visiting Ft. Drum and someone suggested this place and our entire team was happy we went! 2 pizzas and 2 calzones and no one left disappointed.

This a great little «mom & pop» place with great pizza. To be honest though, I really don’t get the pizza because I am stuffing my face with whatever delicious daily special they are having. Like today was a chicken Parmesan panini sandwich… deliciousness to the max!!! The service is always friendly and top notch. Great for my loud kids and they love the food!!!

First time here and I am in Heaven! I ordered off the kids menu because I never can finish a regular size meal! Well to my surprise the portion was huge but so amazing! I order the pizza slice and fries off that menu and I was not disappointed. The price is Godly for how big of a portion you get! And my server is awesome! She is doing great maintaining the room even though it’s pretty busy for lunch right now! So when you are done with an appointment or just craving some pizza, come here! This is the best pizza and fries I have had since moving here :)!

Awful awful awful. I would never eat here again. 6 of us got sick. They’re so called calzone is barely filled and I asked for extra a cheese, I can’t imagine what one without extra cheese looks like.

A friend of mine recommended this place and she said it had the best garlic knots. She was right! I love their garlic knots and the pizza was delicious! Whenever we crave pizza this is the place we always go to!

My husband and I are from NYC and we grew up in the area all our lives so good pizza and Italian food was always available. Finding good pizza in the north country is no easy task. We found this place through Unilocal and had to check it out. So good! The portions were big and the food was delicious. The garlic knots and bread were hot and fresh. Absolutely perfect. We lived down the street from this place for months and I regret not trying it sooner.

I absolutely love Stefano’s. The pizza is the best you’ll find this close to Canada (i.e. this far from NYC.)
The pasta; OMG. The homemade cavatelli with (homemade) bolognese sauce BLOWS MY MIND every time. You MUST try.
And the garlic knots…; I can’t. Even.
Friendly staff who work as fast as possible! And good amount of seating, though around dinner time, this place is FULL… but a table is worth any wait.

The service was excellent, but the food was of poor quality. The special, cucumber tomato mozzarella salad came on a bowl swimming bout ½ cup of juice from the vegetables. It had been in the frig a while and had little flavor. Chili was ok the Stromboli was hot pocket like. Would not recommend.

When we first moved here, this was where we always took visiting family out to dinner. However in the past few years, it has not been as good. Any changes to orders seem to confuse the staff and usually aren’t done correctly. If you order exactly what is on the menu, it will be great, but changes seem to confuse things. Also, I find the pizza to be very good, but maybe not worth the price. It is very hard to justify getting this pizza over a deal from a chain pizza place. So we only order from them when we are getting their calzones or other pasta now.

I was visiting from Boston area for my grandchild’s first birthday. They were nice enough to make something that wasn’t on the menu for us & they made sure the food was there on time. The lasagna was a hit with the rest of the family. Salad was fresh and the Chicken Broccoli Ziti Alfredo was good, except I really thought it was chicken fingers cut up? If not, my apologies but it didn’t seem right. Overall, we’d try it again when we come back to Carthage. The only hint I would give them? Don’t charge a Non Refundable $ 25 fee for the use of Sterno and Trays for people who just spent almost $ 140 on food. Will try the pizza and the famed Cinna-​knots next time

I love, love, love the Buffalo Wild Wings and the chicken Parmesan here! The chicken Parmesan is a real value and makes for two dinners! Share or expect lunch for the next day! Pizza is ok. Noise level can be overwhelming on Friday and Saturday nights due to confined space. Tiramisu is great!

This was my first time at Stefanos. I had heard a lot of great discussion about it, so I figured I try it out for myself.
Food: I started with a bruschetta appetizer. It was by far the worst bruschetta I had ever tasted. I came covered with olives, and had such a briney taste to it, that even after picking the olives off, the flavor was still so overpowering that the entire dish was inedible. Avoid that at all costs. I ordered the calzone. It came out and tasted pretty good. However when I cut into it, it damn neared created a pool of water and oil on the plate, which then turned the crust into a mush.
Service: The waitress I had was two sides of the coin. Her service was quick and prompt. However, she was not the most personable person. If you want to chat with them about stuff, then she is not the one for you. If you want drinks refilled and food served, then she is your gal.
Overall, I’ll go back to try the pizza since the calzone tasted pretty decent.

One of my favorite restaurants in the North Country. Excellent pizza, great service, a clean and cozy eating area, but the cinna-​knots keep me up at night dreaming of them. I would go to Stefano’s for the cinna-​knots alone. We were stationed at other posts for six years and then returned to Fort Drum. I wished for those cinna-​knots for all those years.
I love Stefano’s.

I’m glad everyone put positive comment abou this place, but i am going to give a negative comment due to the fact they do not delivery to fort drum, while they have a pizza place in carthage which is only like 30 minute away
