After visiting, or attempting to visit, I was lucky enough to discover Wes Newsome at Brentwood Carpets. First of all, they were open when most other carpet stories had left for the day. We were looking for an oriental carpet runner to be installed on our hardwood staircase. Unlike the other carpet stores we visited, their selection was really beautiful. We found a lovely black oriental pattern carpet runner. Wes came out to the house very quickly to do the measurements and a most competative quote quickly followed. As we were away in NJ, doing the final steps to sell our old home before coming back to move into our Cary, NC home; Wes communicated to us via email. We settled on an installation date that perfectly fit into our most restricted schedule. But the most extraordinary component of my purchase was the installation. My stair case has two 45 degree bends. The installer was able to virtually seamlessly match the carpet pattern thru both these bends. It was truly a piece of master craftsman work. Bottom line, I could not have been more delighted with my business transaction, from start to finish. I was even sent some cookies as a «thank you» from the store! You would be most misguided to deal with any other carpet store, if you are in need of floor covering services.
