Rude ignorant staff including the manager. Bad experience will never return to spa or recommend to anyone. Do not know how they have won any awards they claim.

I dont write reviews that often. I took the time to write this short review since no one has the time to read reviews anymore, but if you do read this one, BEWARE… of the Nirvelli day spa on High House road, they are here to make a quick buck and are not interested in customer retention.

Had a facial today with Kristin — was awesome. She has a great touch — very relaxing as it included hand, arm and shoulder massage. My face feels so smooth– should really do this more often.
