Overall decent work. The owner is a friendly guy and tells you how it is, but always seemed preoccupied and never like he was fully paying attention. I had Performance Auto Body replace and paint my back bumper along with some body work on the rear quarter panel.
My car had been hit in accident and the other drivers insurance company gave me a base check to start with and said that any additional charges should just be sent to them by the body shop. He never asked for additional payment and seemed to fix my car a bit on the cheap. The finished product was ok. It had mismatched retaining screws on bumper with one severely cross threaded and non genuine parts were used (typical at many body shops it seems). The paint was matched well and had a good shine.
I’ve never been 100% satisfied with any body shop before and I guess I will just have to try again next time also.

Called at 1:45 PM. He said I need to run quick errand but will be back at 2:15 PM. I arrived at 2:15 PM. Waited 20 minutes for him to return. He did not so I left and took my business someplace else.
