I came to this place because a friend recommended it. One thing I absolutely hate is when women gossip. & the first thing I hear is a group of women gossiping when I walk in the door. When one lady was about to turn around and help me this lady named Rita distracted her interrupted her just to finish her gossip story. When Rita noticed I mentioned to my wife that «gossiping is unprofessional» she looked at me and rolled her eyes. She then was rude to other staff and overall her attitude disgusted me the dr was great but I would never go back just because of Rita. I didn’t want to complain then and there so I waited and called the next day she was even ruder on the phone!!! She would hang up on me when id ask to speak to the doctor which made me more mad her attitude is disgusting she demanded I knowing what I wanted to talk to him about with a rude tone and I didn’t want to complain about her to her I told her I needed to talk to him not her and she hung up on me like 5 times telling me they don. Take complaints at that office if I wanted to complain I could go somewhere else … Seriously this Rita lady is unprofessional rude and disgusting
