The Wax and Relax Room

Lisa is very experienced and offers fantastic customer service. I stopped in the office location/​building to see if I could find the place a week or so prior to my appointment.
Luckily, I came at a good time in between her appointments and she graciously answered a few quick questions. Her clientele was lined up… in and out. Good to know, repeat customers! She even assisted me with booking my appointment with a date and time to come in between the holidays since this was going to be my first time. I made sure to get the confirmation of my booking.
In my opinion, the room is set up quite lovely for «Wax and Relax». Of course, never having a Brazilian can be overwhelming; however I did have electrolysis done on bikini area and eyebrows so I was hoping that this would not be too bad. {*Electrolysis is tiny needles removing one hair at a time.} Well, OMG luckily for me it wasn’t too bad … Lisa is truly a professional with a great personality and began my service. She even booked next appointment in about 4 weeks! I would definitely recommend Lisa hands/​pants down! LOL :)

I have had facials and done waxing for years. Lisa is truly the best! Her facials are not only thorough they are also very relaxing! Her waxing is quick and as painless as possible ! I highly recommend her!

Do not book over the Internet. It simply does not work. I personally booked over the Internet and gave the all of my credit card information. As far as I knew it was done, however nothing showed on their end. There was no one else that could do the waxing so I was up a creek.

Lisa is amazing!!! I recently moved into town and I’ve been trying to find a new aesthetician. Ladies I have found her. Easiest Brazilian I’ve had to date and I’ve had a lot.

Be for real. Waxing is a labor of love. There is pain involved :)
This woman is FAST, and the technique she uses with hard and soft wax makes a huge difference.
Set in a pretty office building, beautiful small room. She is very no nonsense– gets it done. You apply the after lotions and aloe yourself, but I almost prefer that now.
She did a great job, was genuine and personable, and I am definitely going back.
A good waxer is hard to find.

This was my second Brazilian wax. The first one was far away and many nightmares ago. So, I was nervous the entire hour-​long drive to Lisa’s. (I drove this far because of all the great reviews.) She was quick like the wind! And there was so little pain. I did take ibuprofen before the appointment like she instructs on her website, and I also exfoliated prior and am not near my cycle (all her tips). She is great at what she does and very personable too. I felt at ease. I’ll tell you like I told her, she does a great service for women and our country!

I had a Brazilian wax at Wax and Relax room. The owner, Lisa, was very nice and professional, but I was disappointed in the quality of my wax. Quite a bit of hair was left over. I expect to leave a Brazilian super smooth and I’m just not. She also didn’t apply anything to remove leftover wax — I was sticking to my undies all afternoon. I don’t think I would return.

Lisa was AWESOME… I felt very at ease and comfortable while there for my Brazilian wax. Plus she was fast but it did not sacrifice in quality. I definitely will be using her for future visits!!!

I saw the reviews on Unilocal but being the skeptic that I am, I didn’t get my hopes up. Well Lisa exceeded my expectations– she was quick, efficient, and used a technique that made this painful service pretty painless.

I was hoping the reviews were as good as everyone said, that’s not always the case but they were. Lisa did an amazing job on my eyebrows! This is probably one of the best eyebrow waxing I have had. I am so excited I found her and will definitely be a repeat customer!

I went twice to another place, which is way more expensive and left me unsatisfied. After reading the reviews here, I decided to give it a try. I am hooked! Lisa did a terrific job. Not only she took the time to inspect me inch by inch (I am blonde, so you can’t see much), but she made sure everything was off. A nice plus is the location, the room is cozy and relaxing, and it’s spacious! Bottom line: I will be back. Thank you so much Lisa!

You aren’t going to want to go anywhere else! Lisa is professional, fast and very through. When I was new to the area I needed a waxer and read the reviews for Lisa and thought I would give her a try. I couldn’t believe how amazing the results were. I didn’t need to go anywhere else.

I went to Lisa today for my first full Brazilian, thanks to the great reviews. She was so good I paid for my next 4 before I left! All the other reviews are right on target. She’s professional, quick, and thorough. If you start googling how much Brazilians hurt, you’ll wonder why anyone would get one. However, it really wasn’t bad at all. FYI for those who’ve never had a FULL Brazilian but get bikini waxes — the top part is more uncomfortable than the rest so go for it!

OMG! This was my first experience getting waxed anywhere else besides my eyebrows! I expected some pain. However I must admit it really wasn’t bad! She did a quick beautiful job! And I must say I do not need to find anyone else besides Lisa! She did an awesome job!

Lisa is great! She has a cute little place conveniently located in an office building in Cary. Her space is clean and nicely decorated with plentiful parking. My waxing was quick, easy (as easy as a waxing can be), and thorough. I will definitely be going back to Lisa.

Lisa is amazing. She attacks hair like a monkey. I’ve been using her services for almost a year now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I mainly go to her to get a Brazilian once a month and every once in a while my eyebrows. I’ve been to three other place before her that charge way more and none of them compare. I strongly recommend using her services if you’re looking for an Esthetician.
