I bought a individual piece sectional sofa just over 2 years ago. 9 pieces to be exact and it cost us well over $ 2000. We did 90 day same as cash. Awesome! Great! Little did we know… On every individual piece of the couch the seams are tearing. The couch is brown so you can clearly visibly seeing the white stuffing coming out… I contacted Ashley furniture and told them about my problem. Due to us relocating to another state for work, the warranty is void… This place is a rip off. Literally the worst purchase I have ever made in my life. Please please please don’t shop here!!! Take the time and find a much better store with better ethics!

After writing this review, Ashley Furniture called me. They offered a technician come to my home and(finally) assess the furniture that I have under warrantee. I thought they were just pacifying me. However, the technician was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although all of my furniture was not covered with the warrantee(and I will own that, as it has been a long time since purchase), the technician fixed my dining table. It looks like new and he also had sewn my leather couch to avoid future damage. I was very satisfied with the follow-up appointment. Mostly, this is due to technician, D. Thompson. I am writing his name on Unilocal because he deserves the recognition and I suggest that people in the Casa Grande, Arizona area request him.

Went in to look at some beds. Found what I liked and at a good price. When I got talking about getting it there was a $ 100 charge to ship it down from Phoenix and I would have to pick it up at the store and take it to my house as they will not take it to Eloy. I talked with a friend that lives in Phoenix and got him to get one from there and load it up for me and saved the money. Not worth the time. FYI. I got some tables at MOR and they shiped them to my house for free.

Stay as far away from this place as you can. I ordered 12 dining rooms chairs for my Mom, it has been a month and still not all the chairs are in and I was promised them in 3 days. You can’t get anyone to help you with anything. Every time I went into the store or called I was told a different lie. There is nothing like bad customer service when you have spend $$$. After this experience I wouldn’t shop at any Ashley Furniture store as the district manager cares even less about the customers than the management in the stores do. I understand that things might take longer than expected, that is not the issue. The issue is getting lied to time and time again and the lack of concern for problems.
