We had an issue with our newer washer and originally we were going to have a Maytag specialist come out and fix our washer but after finding out it was going to take 2 weeks for a repair appointment I decided to seek someone else. I found Jeff’s appliance online and I have to say I am so glad that I did. I called on Wednesday and had an appointment the next day at a time very convenient for our busy family. Jeff is courteous, knowledgeable and by all means professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to have an appliance repaired correctly and quickly.

This guy was absolutely worthless. I have a Winnebago RV with a residential Kitchen Aid refrigerator. The latch broke that holds the door shut. So I made the mistake of calling this guy since it was a simple job and a residential fridge. He told me over the phone he could fix it. He shows up several hours late, walks in says the fridge is going to have to be pulled out. He then goes on and on about how its a specialty part that is an aftermarket add-on from the RV manufacturer and he doesn’t even think he can get the part. So he walks out. I call RV Medic, he comes right over and fixes the fridge with an $ 11.00 cabinet lock. No big deal. Jeff’s appliance doesn’t have a clue what he is doing. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Our dryer was not blowing warm air. I called late afternoon and the next day Joey repaired the dryer. Prior to him coming to repair the dryer, our washer quit pumping water. Joey assessed the problem and returned the next day with Jeff to repair the washer. Jeff and Joey were knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. Their pricing was more than fair. A+ service
