i can’t thank jason wines, store mgr, teresa schwarz, regional mgr, and greg herrera, regional mgr enough — YOUR TEAM IS SHAMAZING!!! i could write a 12 paragraph review, EASILY.
in short, my frames of nearly two yrs old were unbeknownst to anyone adjusted incorrectly at the lab which became apparent last week when they broke. reaching out to teresa had the ball rolling the same day, and on a weekend, no less. w/​in 48 hrs i was contacted by jason wines who had already ordered the replacement for my reading and distance glasses.
in the store jason took great care of me, replacing the lenses in the new and improved frames AND was also able to repair my all time favorite FOR EYES frames from 2007 that broke last week as well. walking out of the store with three pair of glasses that were non-​functional when i arrived has me in DEEP GRATITUDE.
again, THANK YOU for your excellence in customer care. i’m so appreciative of the interest and attention you offered w/​my situation.

Brought my mom here to get her glasses fixed, good place they guy that was working was very nice and took care of her and fixed her glasses very quick.
They always have good deals and are in a very convenient area right of 17 – 92 in Casselberry.
If I had to pick a place to get my glasses I would pick here, I feel they wont try to rip you off and they also have a doctor that can give you an eye exam so you can get a prescription for your glasses.
