What a joke they don’t even know there own menu or current offers I was actually told they don’t have a $ 5 flavor menu and they stopped offering it when it’s blasted on there website and on tv commercials he said well we won’t honor it lmao went to the other pizza Hut near by and the first thing they say is would you like to try something on our new $ 5 flavor menu Hello see I’m not crazy learn your menu

Horrible, we ordered pizza and they told us it would be 30 mins. It took over an hour! I could literally walk and pick it up faster then they took to deliver. Then they forgot part of our order. We ordered a second time, they took long and again forgot something. Never again will we order here. Their pizza is greasy and gross. I’ll drive down to toppers next time

We LOVE the pizza pies and staff at this location and today, even though we prior ordered 3 special pies to be delivered to a local business (along with a Holiday Card) days earlier, they came through with flying-​colors and delivered everything, as planned, to a very receptive audience earlier today…
So thanks ALL for a job WELL done!

Worst service I’ve ever had from a pizza chain, twice now. Orders take over an hour and a half, food arrives cold, parts of the order missing. I told myself after my last experience I wouldn’t order from this branch again. But sometimes you need to change it up. However this is the LAST time I will order from this store. It’s just not worth it. And what’s worse: no empathy for the customer.

Not very happy with the way my pizzas came out. I ordered two personal pizzas. My cheese had missing pieces of cheese and my pepperoni was decent looking. My son was not very happy! And although I’m not proud to say my kid eats this food bimonthly this was the worst case of «bald spot cheese»

I wish there was a no star or half star option to give. This isn’t my first time having a problem with this Pizza Hut. The latest problem takes the cake though. There was hair on my pizza! Yes, hair. So if you plan on ordering from here I suggest you physically go and watch them make it because that is disgusting. Beware when ordering pizza from here.

This Pizza Hut has amazing employees working their. On top of that they always make great pizzas I love their pastas

I’m writing this review because of one reason and one reason only… Pizza Hut now has a gluten free pizza offering.
Three stars for the taste. ½ star for the fact they are making an effort to be GF. ½ a star for the way the delivery guy followed directions.
Domino’s has had a GF pizza for some time now and has always been my go-​to for late night munchies. But to find out that another widespread chain pizza place (i.e. a place that is open better hours than local pizza joints) is starting to do GF pizza, well, I just had to try it out.
Domino’s makes their own crusts. They do not guarantee that there will be no cross-​contamination (I’ve only gotten sick once out of the dozens upon dozens of times I’ve ordered their pizza). Their crusts feel «made in store» when in the mouth getting chewed up.
Pizza Hut uses «Certified Gluten Free crusts made by Udi’s». This is a good concept. Using a certified gluten free crust makes it seem like the pizza will have no chance of cross-​contamination BUT are they really cleaning the area well before putting the pizza together? Are they sure flour dust isn’t settling on the crust? Who knows? I would assume it isn’t 100 000% safe every time.
The Udi’s brand is decent. Some of their products are really good. Some of them are just okay. Their pizza crusts have always been one of the products that I deem «just okay». Since it is pre-​formed and then packaged it always has a very dry/​chewy feel to it. This pizza from Pizza Hut was no different.
The pizza slices were stiff but because I spent $ 22 on a 10″ pizza by adding 5 toppings and extra cheese… it still tasted really good.
I will probably switch back and forth between Pizza Hut and Domino’s now just for a change of pace. But if it isn’t too late at night I will get pizza elsewhere like at my favorite GF pizza provider… Big Mama’s and Papa’s Pizzeria (see other review for them).
The extra ½ star for the delivery driver is because I put a request for him to knock extra loud because there is a habit among delivery peeps around here to not knock loud enough. When he arrived he banged so loud on the door that my roommate jumped. Now that is how you follow directions!

Second time this week ordering a pizza from them. Can’t beat the special they have going on right now. Pizzas have always been great, never over cooked like other reviews. We always pick ours up since they are only about a mile from the house. The employees have always been very nice.

Slow as it gets for fast food! Sign said our order was ready, 15 minutes later it was ;(

Often my go to place for the Pizza Hut in this area. Always on time. Great service. Great pizza. Cashiers are always polite and serve with sincere smiles. I should note that i usually order online through the iPhone app and I’ve also never had a problem with the wrong order. I cant give it a five stars cause i usually only order the same thing.

I wish there was something less than 1 star to use here. We were so excited when we got a Pizza Hut in our area because their pizza is usually very good. This Pizza Hut needs a complete overhaul on how they make pizzas. We ordered there once and the pizza was delivered burnt. The toppings were skimpy and the breadsticks were hard as a rock with very little cheese on them. We waited a good year to try it again and the pizza was just as bad as it was the first time. Obviously no one has complained enough to do anything about the horrendous pizza that leaves this building. Please do not eat at this Pizza Hut — save your money and a horrible eating experience!
