I have been using Ecobaby for over 5 years and have also used other services in the past as well as washing my own diapers over the past 10 years(yes, I have lots of kids!) Ecobaby offers a lot of services that my old service did not, including weekly flexibility on delivery, environmentally friendly options and diapering accessories. Kelly has always been very responsive and accommodating of my needs whether I have been communicating via email, phone or even text. I know there have been some changes to the business in the last year or so and I did notice a small change in response time, but it was still within what I consider a reasonable time frame(24 – 48 hrs). In the past month or so it has gotten even quicker. Kelly is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help whenever we’ve had challenges and need to troubleshoot our setup. Take it from a mother of 4 and someone who works in the childbirth field-diapering is messy business, no matter how you decide to diaper your baby. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of this great way to make it a little easier and less messy, while supporting a small, local, woman-owned business!

The customer service with this company is unprofessional and inefficient. My registry was incorrect, and when I requested it be fixed(before my shower), I was told«it doesn’t matter what it says, we have the correct information in your account». Really? Then the start up package that I purchased was missing items, so I couldn’t use the cloth diapers the day they arrived. I left a voicemail and sent an email, but didn’t hear anything until 4 days later. By then, I had purchased the missing items on my own. I canceled the service 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received my partial refund. This company is inefficient and unreliable. Skip the service and buy your own cloth diapers.

3 months later, here are a couple updates: I have to admit that after bringing home my newborn, the last thing I wanted to do was mess with folding cloth diapers at all hours of the night, adjusting to the constant crying and feeding was difficult enough. But once those areas were a little more established, cloth diapering became a much easier. We did hit a few bumps when I underestimated my little guys talent in the poop department, we had quite a few«blowouts» but after a few email exchanges and a personal phone call from Kelly, the owner of Eco-Baby, we tweaked the folding technique and all«blowouts» are now well contained. I am extremely pleased with the prompt response to my emails and my request to changes to our weekly order. The diaper service included disposable diapers in my weekly order because we use disposable diapers at night. At the end of every week, I have never had the problem of running out of diapers. The on line registry was also very easy to set up and easy to purchase from as well. Honestly, the only reason I gave Eco-Baby 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost of the service. But using cloth diapers for the past 3 months has given me the confidence to purchase my own cloth diapers and laundry them myself. I’m actually happy that I used a service for the first 3 months because newborns need diapers changed every at least every 2 hours and not having more laundry to do was a blessing. In summery: GREAT customer service and PROMPT and RELIABLE delivery
