This woman is a fraud. Stay away!! she has closed her office in castle rock hopefully she isn’t allowed to open one somewhere else.

Be aware that the office is closed on Wednesdays with no one to take emergencies. It seems that we always seemed to have issues on Wednesdays… back luck I guess. Yes, appts are considered missed at 10 minutes late, but don’t be suprised if you wait 10 – 15 minutes for your appt on a regular basis. She treats the kids well, but is pretty short with her staff. There is considerable turnover with her staff. My daughter does better if she can see the same person each time, but the whole staff (with the exception of the front desk) was different each time. Work so far has been ok, but I’ll look around before sending my younger child here.

I am thrilled with the care from Dr. Garza and her team. I went in with severe TMJ issues and the improvement has been miraculous. Dr. Garza has a personal history of jaw issues and failed surgeries and has a passion for helping others through these situations. I no longer have the headaches, jaw aches, neck aches, jaw popping (add in the laundry list of symptoms here). Her genuine interest in her patients shines, her staff is professional and courteous and her office and equipment is top notch.
If you have TMJ make an appointment with her!
If you are looking for braces for you or your kids — she practices methods that won’t cause TMJ.
She is well worth the drive to Castle Rock.

Beware, when she mentions the $ 50 cancellation fee if you miss/cancel an appt. the same day… she does charge. You’ll go broke after already giving her the $ 7000 for the braces… unless your kids never get sick, emergencies never come up, you’re never stuck in traffic, and circumstances never change beyond your control, then you’ll be fine. She also cancels and considers it a missed appointment if you’re ten minutes late. But, I’m sure she’s perfect for OCD timely people.
