Hopefully you know what size you are and the style of shoe that you want is already on the floor, as the staff was less than helpful or just plain clueless. They kept disappearing in back and were helping other customers even though I was there first. They seemed understaffed and untrained. Asked the staff if my daughter could be sized to make sure we’re grabbing the correct size and they said I think we have foot measure. SERIOUSLY? You’re Vans shoe store!!! =\ My point is, if you want cheap vans come to this Outlet… but your not going to get service as you would in a typical Vans store.
