Arandas Pure Water

We really like the owners and the water but it’s hard to find them open. My husband just discovered that they are closed now — out of business! This is really bad because the Hayward store is also and the San Leandro store had chlorine in the water last time I bought some. Don’t know where to go now.

My husband and I, terrified of BPA, stopped buying our water using refillable bottles. We’ve been filling our recycling container with 2 gallon Alhambra water jugs for months, and we’ve felt REALLY guilty about it. We really didn’t want to use those #7 containers, though!
We found Arandas a few weeks ago. We filled up one of our big #7 bottles to fill up our fish tank. One of the owners, Blanca, let us try the water. It’s fantastic. We decided to do a little bit of research on water containers and learned that the #2 bottles sold by Arandas are A-​okay, safety-​wise. So we went back and bought 4.
Today we talked to the owners, Blanca and Efron, for about 20 minutes. They are really, really nice (and know a lot about water!). I am excited to support their business. :)
