I’ve brought my car in here several times within the past couple months for different things each time. The first time, I had to have it towed in due to no power. Roco was able to figure out the issue within about 10 seconds of looking at the car. He is always more than willing to answer questions and make sure whatever work is done correctly. I would definitely keep bringing my car here.

These guys are great. After having problems with our original mechanic my brother found these guys. So far on several different cars we’ve had them replace a starter on a bmw, lots of custom work to a mustang, head gaskets and full rebuild on a dodge magnum, and a repair on my work van that nobody didn’t want to take on. The main guy Rocco has a big smile that will brighten your day. If you want top quality work with great fm customer service then I night recommend going to this place.

Quite a shame that this place has such a horrible review. I have been taking my car here for the past few months ugh my car is undergoing heavy modification. In the time that I’ve been here, I have been well taken care of and even though I have a million and one questions, they always answer them with patience and care.

I’ve been going to Fab Systems since last year, and so far they have yet to let me down after having to replace just about half of my junker of a car. Roco has always been polite and helpful, going so far as to even show me the faulty/​old parts that he’s had to replace. Just today I dropped off my car this morning because my starter was beginning to quit on me and they were able to get it replaced same day! I was pleasantly surprised.
All in all I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who has car troubles or is looking for a good deal.

these jerks left half of their car lift machine wedged in the frame of my car, left one shock lose. I left from Castro Valley to Hayward the shock fell out. When i called the owner he just said he was sorry, and refused to provide a receipt for the work they did. Then he became combative when i went down to talk to him. They originally told me it would take 2 days to complete the work after almost 2 weeks i had to complain to get the work done. This was the worst shop ever and had to put in a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair.

I have been going to this shop for a few years now. The staff is honest and fair to their customers. Roko is always happy to diagnose and make ONLY NEEDED repairs, he will not over sell or guess what needs to be done. They stand behind their work with no hesitation. From minor maintenance to major repairs this is the place to go.

These guys are a joke. They didnt put my motor mounts in properly after a motor swap and two days later the motor poped out of my hood destroying pretymuch everything around it. They couldnt fix it and they broke my door handle… i am currently suing them… i won my case and now these jerks are appealing. and my car still doesnt work… ill tell you how my appeal goes on may 16th. As of now they owe me 6000 dollars. And will not even give me back the 1300 i paid them to destroy my car…
update:
well i took them to small claims court… i won! they appealed… I won again! now they are refusing to pay and i am probably going to have to put a lein on their business and bank account:(they owe me $ 5,900
