They are worse than NO STARS… the people that work here have absolutely no social skills in my opinion and all the other bad review don’t surprise me at all. I’ve paid my bill every month for probably 10 plus years and these new employees/​managers are the worst! All they want to do is sell you a piece of crap and they refuse to stand behind anything they sell you. Well screw you metropcs/​T-​Mobile or whoever you are. I wouldn’t let you people clean my toilet.

I read the reviews and I could not stay away! It was a convenient place for where I needed to go next. I knew going into the store about the reviews. And I am glad I did! The man that helped me was very nice, he was a larger than normal size man, he was helping others at the time so I waited my turn. He was the only one in the store. Everyone that he helped ahead of me seemed satisfied with whatever he did for them. When he got to me he switched out the phone and informed us of a discount we can qualify for. That was great customer service! His name was … Ruben… Ramon??? something like that. Marvin that was his name, thanks again.

I rate the owner Ali NO STARS!!!
I am a rehab therapist at a mental health facility and I have several clients who walk to Metro PCS and pay their cell phone bills on their own. The owner Ali helped a client of mine a while back. He asked her for her passcode and she could not remember it. He told he she was TOO DUMB to have a phone.
Today I went into Metro PCS to pay the remainder of a client’s cell phone bill. I walked into the store and one clerk was working and many people were waiting. I waited for in line for quite a while until the owner Ali walked in. He walked behind the counter and addressed one of the women waiting. I informed him I was next. Ali apologized and asked how he could help me. I explained to Ali that I was here to pay the remainder of my client’s bill. Ali pulled up the account and informed me that the bill was $ 23.33. I told Ali I only had $ 21.00 since the woman I spoke to yesterday said the bill was $ 20.33. Ali smartly remarked that the numbers on the register won’t change just because I only have $ 21.00. I rolled my eyes at his reponse. He then told me that I should not roll my eyes at people. I said excuse me and asked what he was talking about. Before he could answer I told him I would wait for the other clerk because he was respectful. As I walked back to the line he yelled respect goes both ways. I cannot understand how Metro, a large company, would let him represent their store. I would not even let him clean my floors with that attidue. As I waited in line another customer came up to me and told me not to let him get to me because he is an asshole. I smiled at her and shook my head. As I sat an waited Ali loudly announced to the customer he was helping that he would gladly wave the 3 dollar in store fee for her. (Passive Aggressive) When it was my turn to pay I explained to the clerk my situation, gave him my debit card and paid. Before leaving I softly asked the clerk working who I should call to make a complaint. Ali then yelled that I shouldn’t make a complaint because everything was on camera. I told him I was glad it was on camera because I didn’t do anything wrong. He then said something to me and I was so irrate that I called him an asshole and walked out of the store. I have never been treated that in my life. Please don’t go to this store. And if you must, don’t let Ali help you!!!

I wish I could give it NO STARS. My friend and I have never been so disrespected. We were parked in the parking lot at a flower shop next to this PCS store, (who shares the same parking lot), picking out flowers for her wedding and when we came out, the owner (ALI) of PCS came out yelling and calling us names for absolutely no reason. He is very irrational and mean. Many people I talked to since have experienced similar issues with this guy and wondered how he is still in business. He has the worst attitude ever.

Recently went too this metro pcs store and was a loyal customer until I was being helped by the owner named ali let’s jus say for a lack of better word complete douche bags was a lil upset due too my phone that I recently purchased there was continuously messing up. Well mr. Douche bag said dnt tlk too me like a animal and clearly I didn’t respect him in no shape or form but he clearly had a bad day well mr. Ali when people come too your store and purchase phone and refer your store to other customers u would thnk his customer skills would be up to par but not with this man he is completely disrespectful and ver arrogant .i def won’t b visitnn your store nor will I refer your store too anyone one else ur a complete jerk please my fellow Unilocalers this is not the first time I had people complain about this man attitude and arrogant ways and actually didn’t believe them until I experience it first hand I would give this business a negative star if it existed.
