Pizza Hut

After placing an order online, I realized I got the wrong sauce on my wings. I gave them a call, thinking it would be a quick fix. Boy was I wrong! Right away I’m put on hold (no big deal, it’s a Saturday night), then after a while someone comes on the phone and I explain my mistake. He says he will fix it, but needs to get his manager to authorize the change. I’m on and off hold for around 5 minutes, with him coming back to tell me how busy the manager is, then he eventually gets back on and tells me my order was somehow voided, and he would have to put the order in again. I said OK, thinking I would need to repeat back my order info, but all I hear is a «click». He hung up… Long story short, we never got our order. I’m disappointed that this restaurant handles customer service calls so poorly.

Can’t go wrong with a $ 10 pizza box! It includes pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks… perfect for group events and cravings that desire an entrée and dessert. However, the only reason I did not give this particular spot an entire 5 stars is only because I spelled out my name over the phone 3 times and found it very dreadful to be called «I-​Run» the entire time. I-​Run was displayed even on the tv that displays the name, order, time, and process. When I was called that when I entered the store I corrected the cashier but the mistake was not corrected as I continued to be called «I-​Run». Not sure if I-​Run is an actual name but I do believe there should be a conscious effort to ensure the name of the person is listed correctly especially after it was spelled out 3 times including in military alphabet. Besides that. I can say my order was well enjoyed!

Worst experience with a pizza company EVER! After waiting 30 minutes past our «quoted time» we called the store to check on the status of our order. The sales associate was rude and very short, letting us know «there is a driver on the way». Once the food finally arrived it was barely warm. The boneless wings tasted like the small parts of the batter that were left at the bottom of the bag and we found multiple hairs in our pizza. Upon calling the store to complain the «manager» on duty; Chris, rudely answered the phone after hours stating «Pizza hut, we’re closed.» and proceeded to put me on hold after stating I had a complaint. After 6 minutes on hold, I called back to the same rude attitude answering on the other end and gave up. I tried to understand why he was the only person working (his exact words); knowing well that in the food service industry you should NEVER close alone and almost no business expects this of their employees, and got very frustrated very quickly. Needless to say we will NEVER BE ORDERING FROM PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN!!! Being from the same industry I understand that late night orders are a pain. But ITS YOUR JOB and this Chris «manager» should be fired for his unprofessional attitude.

Went to the store to buy a pizza. The store hours says closes at 11. We got there around 10:15 and they closed the store. They refused to help us and told us to call next time. If you’re not opened until a certain time, change the hours on your door! It’s false advertising!

I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut location for two years now and I’ve never been disappointed. The customer service is always good (which is a rarity for chains) and the pizza is always delicious.

I’ve been down with this Pizza Hut since the days at thee good ol UMBC. It is in an area called Paradise, right on the corer of Frederick Road and Maiden Choice in the shopping center with the Rite Aide.
My experieces are always positive, the staff are nice, and when they say they are going to have your food ready at a specific time, it is generally ready before. You can’t beat that!
The food is what you expect from a chain restaurant, no worries here.
My only gripe is that they don’t deliver to my house! Le sigh… ah well if I’m hongreh enough, I’ll pick it up.

This was the worse service I have recieved yet! I ordered a simple large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza at 7:40, and did not recieve the pizza until 9:46!!! two hours is absolutely ridiculous. Then when I recieved the pizza it was literally COLD! Called the manager and she was just as rude as the driver! Do NOT eat at this restuarant. please heed my warning!
