Cave Creek Appliance Repair

I contacted this business early this morning to schedule a repair on my dryer. I was given a time frame for tomorrow between 9 and 11 a.m. They asked for a credit card to hold the appointment — they did not mention that they intended to charge the card today before any services had been rendered! I then get a phone call at 7 p.m. this evening to tell me that they cannot honor my appointment tomorrow because they updated their schedule and could not fit me in! They told me to go and find someone else — at 7 o’clock at night when everyone is closed for the day!!! I was irritated with the person who called and he hung up on me. When I tried to call back I was hung up on again after I gave my reference number! They did, at least, refund the charge so I don’t have to deal with that, however, I still have to try and find someone on the day before a holiday to fix my dryer. I would highly recommend that you use another local appliance repair vendor as this company is not reliable!!!
