The chicken buffalo and Swiss mushroom were excellent. Service was excellent as well. Small towns still produce the best meals. We’ll be back to this one as the drive was also nice out there from omaha.

I was really excited to see that Cedar Bluffs has a new place to eat, and it did not disappoint! There are a number of appealing specials throughout the week, including spaghetti on Wednesdays, walleye on Friday nights, and prime rib on Saturday nights. The regular menu is full of items that a small town café should have. Pork tenderloin, burgers, salads, chicken strip baskets, etc. The restaurant is incredibly clean and homey feeling, while it also flows really well into the bar side of the building. I ordered the black and bleu salad, and was absolutely blown away by the fact that an entire 5 – 6 oz. steak was sitting atop the greens. Though the steak was cooked a little more than I usually like, it was seasoned well and was not grainy at all. Dotted with tomato, red onion, tons of bleu cheese, and a great raspberry vinaigrette, I cleaned my plate. My son ordered spaghetti special; the noodles were slightly past al dente but not complete mush. The meat sauce was flavorful, obviously homemade, and full of beef. It was also obvious that the garlic bread was homemade, like an actual loaf of bread, which made the entire dish very rustic. My boyfriend ordered the bacon cheddar burger and said it was very good. He selected skinny fries over waffle fries, but they were crispy and salty and hot. The service was incredibly attentive and the prices were absolutely reasonable. With family in the area, I can see us stopping into Todd’s whenever we’re in town. Looking forward to trying the walleye and prime rib!
