This is the only full service car wash for 50 miles, and that is the only reason I use it. It basically sucks. Too expensive to start, and the service is sooooo fucking slow that you want to scream. Quality is very mediocre as well. Avoid if possible.

If your wanting only half of your truck washed bring it here, but if your looking for something a little more I suggested calling 360 mobile wash at 435−592−3912.

I’ve never been impressed by the customer service at Wet Willy’s. After being treated like a second-class-citizen by the manager/owner in the past, I told myself that I wouldn’t be returning. But, as other reviews have mentioned, it’s the only game in town. Because of that, against my better judgement I tried to take my truck in earlier today. Apparently I pulled up to the wrong bay, because the owner started screaming at me(dropping the F bomb) to move to the other bay. Needless to say, I didn’t pull into the other bay, but rather pulled my truck all the way down to Hurricane. Worth the extra miles to be treated with respect and not charged an extra $ 10 for the minimal mud removal.

I’ve purchased a annual pass here and appreciate that they are open and washing all winter long. The staff is friendly and the wash is decent. One of the little things they do that I really like is that even if you opt out of a complete towel dry, they still towel your windows and mirrors so they are super clean.

Took the car in after a weekend in the snow. They sprayed it down and drove it through the wash as if it wasn’t even dirty. When wiping car dry they used the towels from the wheels to dry up the rest of the car. Never going back

Twice now we have paid for supreme wash and left with dirty and wet towel marks on the outside, door jams and sills dirty, tires not armoralled and windows with wet towel streak marks only to have to return and have a manager with attitude. How do you stay in business in a small town?

This place is a joke. They are the only full service car wash in town so apparently that makes it ok for them to nickel and dime you to death and do a terrible job as well. So if you want a exterior wash and«interior» done it’s $ 16, if you want them to just half ass wipe down your dash it’s $ 21 and if you want them to actually clean the interior of your car it’s $ 30. Seriously? So I have to pay $ 30 for a legit wash when I can pay $ 15 anywhere else in the county for the same exact thing? Stupid. Again, they are the only full service in town so there’s no competition but come on! Also, they are ridiculously slow. I came here and there was only one other car getting washed and I was here for an hour. It took them an hour to half ass wash my exterior and wipe down my dash. I won’t be coming back and you shouldn’t either.

This is just what Cedar City needed: A full service car wash that does a wonderful job every time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, my car is always happy when we drive away. The managers are always on site, in case you have questions or concerns. Only complaint: there isn’t a Wet Willy’s in Las Vegas, where I just moved! :-(

Each time I drive out here from Biloxi, MS, one of my first orders of business is to get the car cleaned at Wet Willy’s. Great prices, yes, but also a great job of cleaning.
