Worst experience ever!!! Vet tech Christy is an awful person. She is rude and unprofessional. I witnessed her follow a woman holding a dying dog to a treatment room while screaming at her «that dog didn’t get like that overnight, you should have come sooner!». Dog was dying of cancer and was there to be euthanized. I’ve never seen anything like it. Dr. England is indifferent to her and to patients. He doesn’t listen well and is easily sidetracked. Parking lot is full of deep craters they refuse to repair! Stay away, ESP FROM VET TECH CHRISTY! Her behavior is inexcusable!!!

HORRIBLE!!! I just moved here from FL and was looking for a vet for my fur babies. I read the good reviews and living in south Dallas it was near. I got there and it looked like an abandoned building (see pictures). I walk in and explain I need a vet for my girls and the receptionist says «We’re not taking any new patients. Go see…» I explain I just moved here and she lets out a huffy breath and says «it’s down that road» pointing out of the building. NEVER would I let my enemies take their pets here!

On my recent visit I came back out to the parking lot to find my car had been broken into and my laptop, iPad, and everything in my backpack had been stolen. I went back inside to inform the front desk and asked if they could call the police. They asked if I had a phone, stating that I needed to handle it myself as they could not be held responsible for what happens in their parking lot. Which is all well and good but I wasn’t looking for someone to blame, only hoping someone would help as I was in a state of shock. Thinking back on it I am appalled that the initial response was not in any way sympathetic but rather quite defensive. So just be on the lookout if you go there to not leave any valuables in your vehicle. And if you are victimized as I was don’t expect any assistance from the staff. It’s simply not their problem.

I’m very surprised at the previous poor review. Dr. England is by far the best vet we have ever seen for our cats. He has incredible instincts and presence with the animals.
Learning how their office works is a little tricky, but once you’ve done that, this is the best place to take your pets.
