If you have to deal with Stephanie God help you. I’ve used Portrait Innovations at least 4 times in the past at another location and everything was wonderful. Coming to this location and dealing with Stephanie left a foul taste in my mouth. No costumer service skills whatsoever. No personality and definitely no care for the customers. I will NEVER return to this location due to my fear that I’ll have to deal with her again. Hopefully the company can either straighten her out, get rid of her, or put her in a non customer service role.
I only gave 2 stars because I’ve had decent pictures with this company in the past. I didn’t even make it to the photo studio this time after a horrific experience with Stephanie.
