I just had my sons birthday party at this location. I worked directly with Danny The manager with all of the preparations and during the actual party. May I say she was awesome and a true asset to your club. I am in the hospitality industry and plan events for a living. I tend to recognize when I see someone exceeding expectations. Danny was so pleasant to work with and very accommodating with all of my needs. I have never been to a Title Boxing Club party, but thought it would be fun way to celebrate my son’s 7th birthday. Danny was present for the actual party yesterday. She had a trainer and another assistant helping her. All three were so great with the kids and made the experience fun. Danny and her team were very attentive and kept the party moving along. They took care of everything including packing up my son’s presents. I had my son’s party last year at and indoor trampoline park. The attendant was in charge of 5 parties at the same time and pretty much bailed on my party. I had to do everything. Needless to say it was a nightmare. When you plan events for a living and book parties like this, you expect someone to take care of you. Danny and her team exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend your facility to anyone who wants to know.

Lawrence was the boxing instructor at the 530 pm class. He helped me get through the class and stay motivated. The classes feel more like a family. He also spent time after class helping us improve our techniques. Great educator of the sweet science.

Facility = 5 stars Membership Cost = 3 = 4 stars Title Boxing is a neat gym chain that is worth a try… Even if it’s just one try like myself. My friend and I got to try out the Cedar Hill location from a Facebook post I replied to and I guess the manager of that location invited us to a free class that evening. Social Media engagement gets 5 stars for sure. But free does not always mean free like you think. You must purchase the hand wraps that are about 10 bucks. Ok fine. There are first timer gloves that you can use free of charge, but if you come back you must purchase your own gloves starting at 30 bucks. The class started and it’s a mix of punching in different combos with squats, and lunges mixed in to keep the heart rate up. It’s a for sure cardio win. BUT my loaner gloves were too big and punches to the bag were more like love taps. Then abs and class is over about 60 minutes in total. In conclusion lets talk about the closing sales pitch. The girl at the front desk was nice and she tried. But there was no convincing me to sign up. I won’t disclose their rates here but IF you have a regular gym membership at say 24 Hour just multiple that by THREE and that is your Title Boxing monthly fee, for a small room with a few free weights, 3 cardio machines, and some personal training(for an extra fee probably) and cardio classes of boxing and kick boxing. If there was a drop in rate or special classes like self defense I could see coming back. But since I’m not quitting my day job for boxing the monthly membership totally deters my next visit back. It’s a business and they have to charge what works for them, just doesn’t work for me with a gym membership

Today I attended my first title boxing class. It’s conveniently located near my home. I walked in and was greeted by the front desk to complete a consent form. After that I was assisted with getting the wraps on my hands to start boxing. The front desk worked swiftly to get me set up as class had started. The boxing club was clean and neat. It has an area for weights and an area for private sessions. There looked to be about 40 or so bags in the room. The instructor was Marcus. He was great! He demonstrated all the moves(so helpful for a newbie) and walked around to assist as needed. He actually worked a drill with me with his boxing gloves. We did 8 rounds of boxing moves and ended with an intense 15 core workout. My friend invited me so she showed me the ropes when class was over to clean the bags and roll up my wraps. Everyone was nice and I will definitely be back. I won’t say I’m a Laila Ali but I’m on my way! Lol
