I when to store last Wednesday around 11am. Michael couldn’t understand why my wife’s last name was different from mind. He stared at my drivers license for several minutes before asking” why is her name different from my name”? I only wanted to learn how to text a photo and he suggested that I attend a class on using my new phone that I purchased late Sunday at the store Verizon store in Waxahachie. Then this tall black guy wanted to «hit on» some ladies who were in the store & he wanted Michael to introduce him. Finally I said“hey man the guy is trying help me” can you try and act«professional». Total jerks at this location. I suggest you visit the staff at Waxahachie.

I have had bad experiences at this location in the past and would drive out of my way to avoid it. I ordered an HTC One online and accidentally purchased the windows phone instead of the Android. I tried it out anyway and was horrified by it, so I called their location and asked if I could exchange it in store. Yes! Unlike some carriers, they let you do that. When I walked in I was expecting the normal customer service and anticipated a long wait. It didn’t happen. I was immediately helped, got my phone swapped out, and was out of there with a functional device. The CS rep even offered to transfer my data, but droid users know that’s not necessary. Everyone was nice even when a very angry man who«was calling the CEO» was rude to them. Thank you for fixing the customer service issues at this location. You just saved a broke student gas money.

This location has the worst customer service ever. Never have I been run in so many circles by one person before. Staff acts like they lack knowledge about their products and promotions, and jump from guest to guest instead of finishing with the one they’re currently tending to and allowing another sales associate to help them out. Training needed!

I was thinking of upgrading my phone but I was in this store a good 20 – 25 minutes and not one sells person said hello– how you doing– the sky is blue– not nothing. Maybe 2 words(excuses me) when one was reaching in front of me to show someone else a phone. That’s sad– that I literally was walking around making every phone talk about itself because a sell person wouldn’t. *****Hello this is where I got the phone I have now at. Verizon has one of the better coverages that I know of but right now at this very moment– I could care less– I really don’t travel anyway.

I hate this f**king store!!! The employees are all a bunch of douche bags. What the f**k happened to customer service? So, if I’m not buying a new phone, I can’t get help with my old one? To the manager and the rest of the staff at this location F**K YOU!!!
