Update: no one ever contacted me — not really that surprising

I had a question about a bill I received, and just wanted to understand what I was being billed for(app, lab work, etc.) I spoke to Annette in billing and it was one of the worst calls I have ever experienced. She told me that it didn’t matter what dr the bill was connected to. It was a balance that needed to be paid. She was extremely rude and obviously unhelpful… even though her job is to help people understand their bills. I asked her if she could transfer me to someone else that would be able to help me and she responded with«whatever»!!! I told her that was rude and unprofessional. She told me that she was allowed to speak to me however she wanted because I was disrespecting her by asking so many questions. I was absolutely shocked that this was actually happening. I tried to get ahold of supervisors to let them know what happened, but unfortunately no one will return my calls. This is very disappointing ARC.

Our children have been seeing an ARC Pediatrician for 3 years now, so I finally decided to become a patient as well. I am so glad I did. Primarily because now all of our records are in the same database. I have one login and I can message nursing staff for anyone in my family, as well as look at medical history, send referral requests and read lab results. LOVE it! I have seen Dr. Wu(internal medicine) and Dr. Kaufman(OB). I was very happy with both of these physicians, their nurses and office staff. Glad I switched over!
