Eye Love Cedar Park

I haven’t had an eye exam in several years but had noticed my vision wasn’t what it used to be. I didn’t really know what to expect when I went in. The office seems very high tech to me and is also warm and inviting. Dr. Mock was personable, patient, and thorough. I highly recommend!

Entire staff provided awesome customer service at Eye Love. Dr. Mock was very helpful in explaining my vision and down to earth, yet still professional. I would definitely recommend! I just wish there was a bigger selection of designer frames, but I would still come back.

I was completely blown away by the entire staff here at Eye Love! From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. The office itself is clean and well maintained, snacks and drinks were available if you had to wait, which is always appreciated. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and got us situated for our appointment quickly. They had all kinds of state of the art technology gadgets to really assess your eyes (without being weird or painful… no air puffing in your eyes!!) Now Dr. Mock… WOW…just wow. She was fantastic, very thorough at explaining what she was doing in a down to earth manner and encouraged you to participate and ask questions… all without being overwhelming. For the first time ever I have to wear glasses, but I am okay with that because these ladies were all amazing! All the staff even participated in finding the perfect pair of glasses to fit me without pushy sales tactics. They all seem to genuinely love their job and care about their clients well being. I would (and do) recommend them to everyone!

Dr Mock is amazing! She was really thorough and explained all of my imaging in detail. She and her staff were very patient with me. There were so many great frames to choose from. They let me spend ample time vacillating between 4 pairs of glasses. Elaine, Dr. Mock’s assistant, was really great and helpful. She was very honest in helping me find a frame that worked right for me. I finally narrowed it down, ordered fantastic frames, and love them! Thank you!

I literally «can’t believe my eyes!»
I called on a Saturday afternoon needing an appointment since my prescription was expired & I was in my last pair of contacts. This is a state of emergency when your vision is as bad as mine. (I’m not cute in Coke bottle glasses.).
Not only did they get me in, but they did so much more! They were patient & kind to me & my 2 kids. AND, after about 10 years of the same dry eye complaint, she gave me good advice & put me in a new type of contacts. WOW!
I had no idea how badly my dry eye complaint was affecting me until the problem was actually solved! I’m not constantly squinting & spinning my contacts (that would stick to my eyeball). I don’t feel a constant nagging burn and haven’t had any painful moments where I have to hold my face, close my eyes & say «Wait a minute, my eyes are dry…».
I’ve hopped around for years getting different opinions. Sometimes I’ve just gone in somewhere convenient, sometimes I’ve found places that seemed more legit or fancy. No optometrist has ever fixed this problem like she did.
I’m so thankful & would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Vision is kind of a big deal.

Dr. Mock and her staff are absolutely wonderful! They are positive, patient, and professional. Plus the space itself is beautiful! They are a fantastic addition to Cedar Park. I highly recommend trying them out.

The staff is friendly and outgoing. Dr. Mock did a great job of explaining my vision, eye health, and products available for me. So refreshing! Frame selection is great too!

Dr. Mock was fantastic! She had an opening the same day, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She was very thorough and patiently answered all my questions. I’m always nervous answering the «which is better, 1 or 2» when getting a new prescription, but she did a great job asking me follow-​up questions to make sure I had the right prescription. Definitely recommend.
