I have had the most awful experience with NRL. A time that is supposed to be exciting was quickly turned around & im STILL having a difficult time with them. First my father came to help me sign on a loan. We arrive to sign the papers, and we are listed as married. After spending months talking to Will he knew we were not married. Then my loan was awful. After speaking to family friends, they said I could get a much better loan. Then Will Moore referred me to his friend who does home owners insurance– he makes me rush to sign up. The company(Gary Brownell) tries charging me $ 120 a month! I call Allstate they tell me $ 42 is fine. I try switching, it’s a nightmare. Also my mortgage check has not cleared in weeks.

Cody gave us the best experience with buying our first home. He was extremely helpful with everything and anything we needed. He was also very prompt and helped us get into our new home in about 3 weeks! Definitely recommend!

After Four years of dealing with unscrupulous sales come-ons from many mortgage lenders and Bank of America only interested in a short-sale of our home, Merrie Ellis from Nations Reliable Lending pulled through with flying colors and our re-finance became real! At first it seemed that she may be another in a long list of rejections for our refinance. Our situation is very unique because we are retired and care for two multiple disabled men in our home. We are also Deaf and communicating with us is an effort that must be applied. No other company was willing to look at the real financial picture that was ours because to do so would just take too much time and headaches in dealing with most underwriters. Most reps were all too happy to just forget us and move on to those cases that qualified more easily and with less effort. Merrie tried two programs for us that did not work out, so we thought we may be forgotten again. Then another email came and she insisted she wanted to try something a little different if we were willing to work with her to show our case. She communicated with us daily and after two more months we were approved! More importantly there was not one cent different required at closing. Her good faith estimates had the numbers just right. There were several because she kept making the terms better for us with her attention to detail, and her compassion. She was not quick to lock us in to the first available rate. Her waiting for better rates while building our case will now save us thousands in interest every year. Her compassion showed in the small details such as having people involved with our process that communicated with American Sign Language. It is not often that any of us find«real» customer service in today’s market place. Merrie knew what we needed — and before we knew. I know now that she understands the fulfillment that comes with helping a customer successfully. Merrie is the definition of compassion and great customer service, and that is an art that only a few are very well skilled at. To Merrie Ellis, working with you has been a real pleasure!
