The Pointe at Cedar Park

This place really takes good care of my grandmother. They know her name, and know how to help her. She has extensive aphasia, but the staff really try and understand what she needs. The rooms are really big for an assisted living center– all singles that are kept really clean and updated. It feels like a studio apartment, but all in one building, so my grandmother isn’t isolated at all (she lives in the «Main Street» hall). They have tons of activities, and really have an active community with a pretty good resident to staff ratio. Everyone is really friendly. Plus free massages for the residents. That’s pretty nice.
I feel safe trusting my grandmother with this center. Even though it’s far out of Austin, the prices are better and it’s worth the drive to know she’s happy.
