Just got a haircut, root cover-​up and high/​low lights with Kaylee. She was great. Asked me lots of questions about what I wanted, and then she delivered. The shop has a nice high-​end hair product selection and they also have lots of cute «stuff» — purses, hairclips, jewelry, headbands, scarves, etc. I will be stopping back when I need to do gift shopping. And I’ll definitely be going back for my hair.

Dear Yoshi (the «Master Hair Cutter» at Alexander’ Salon),
Please forgive me. I know you deserve better than this, but the time we spent together has come to an end.
It seems like only yesterday when I first scheduled an appointment on a recommendation. Your great skill will never be forgotten. You never felt the need to force awkward conversation when silence overtook our haircut, instead your talent and inner peace brought a sense of calm. As a result each haircut was half follicle maintenance and half meditation. Not only were your haircuts excellent, but reasonably priced ($ 25). For this, you will always hold a special place on my scalp.
Eight years is a long time, but the distance between us has become too much of a problem. When I worked in the Tech Center this relationship made sense, but I feel we have just grown too far apart. I have left you for a new stylist, and she is right down the street, not 3 blocks away. Truly Yoshi, it’s not you, it’s me. Please don’t be upset.
Yoshi, you will always hold a special place in my heart. You were the first and only man to ever wash my hair. I still remember how I felt awkward at first, until you started your quintessential scalp massage that instantly put me at ease.
When it comes right down to it Yoshi, you deserve better than me. Hopefully this review on Unilocal will lead someone else to you– someone better, someone you deserve, someone that tips better than I do. Maybe even someone who lives in Highlands Ranch.
I’ll never forget your greetings, your offers of something cold to drink, your Christmas Cards, and most of all your haircuts.
