I am updating my previous review about Alicia. Was it a coincidence that a week or so after my negative review I got a very nice call from her, and scheduled my eye lids and brow touch ups. If my review helped her get her priorities straight, I am happy. When I went in for my appt. Alicia couldn’t have been nicer. and apologized profusely. She redid my full brows and upper and lower lids.
I am very happy with the results of both! She does do a .very professional job. Best of luck to her and at this point I will refer friends and people who ask.

Alicia is a SUPER STAR !!! I starting getting my lashes done about 6 weeks ago and they are magnificient. I had them done elsewhere years ago and had horrible results so I was very cautious. Alicia’s lashes are long wearing, reasonably priced and so natural looking. My husband even thought I looked younger. I highly recommend Alicia.

The worst customer service! Hard to get a hold of & then cancelled 4 appointments on me… How does a person like this stay in business!!!

I had my eyebrows done with permanent makeup two weeks ago with Alichia using a Groupon deal. I’ve never had a tattoo before so having my first me on my face made me extremely nervous, so I did a lot of checking up on Alichia before I made the decision to purchase. I’m so glad I did! Alichia did an excellent job — she did the background coloring and hair stroking just like I asked for. Because my work hours conflicted with her studio hours, she make a special late appointment for me, so I was concerned that between that and the discounted price I was going to get a rush job, but like the previous reviewer, I did not get that impression — Alichia was meticulous and made sure I was happy with the results before I left.
The eyebrows seemed way too dark at first, so after a few days I texted Alichia with my concerns, and she assured me they just needed time to heal. So I waited, and put off my review until they were fully healed up. The results: better than I had hoped for! They are subtle and natural looking, but much better shaped than I had ever managed to do myself and the bald spot where my scar is hardly visible now. I would definitely recommend Alichia for permanent makeup and if I can save up the money, I will be going back for eyeliner.

Just finished doing some work with Alichia and all I have to say is that she is super easy to work with and very down to earth. I also liked the fact that she knew her craft well and was very informative during our transaction. Thanks Alichia. :)

I never could get ahold of this girl to even make an appt. She was able to TEXT twice tho but did not reply to my important questions regarding permanent makeup. She said she would text her availability in the next couple of days… Never did hear back so I will be finding someone else who will actually want my business.

HORRIBLE customer service! I bought a Groupon and called to set something up shortly after… no reply. So I tried again, only to be ignored once more. As someone in the service industry I was so completely disappointed. If her regard for positive client interaction is so low, I’m sure her work falls right up there as well. I was very disappointed and ended up getting a refund from Groupon.

I had to let my deal expier because she is either never in the state, it seems she is always in California, or she doens’t return your call.

Alichia Ryan is an amazing estetician that has a lot of experience and great customer service. Amazing experience and I recommend her to everybody.

Very personal approach. Alichia is friendly, and helpful. She puts you at ease right away. I’m so glad I found such a beauty artist in my backyard. I plan on many future appointments inthe future!

Alichia is AMAZING! She does my lashes and makes them look beautiful, I’ve gotten so many compliments. She’s very quick and meticulous with her work. I also get my waxing, facials and permanent makeup done with her. Definitely the BEST lash stylist and esthetician in Denver.

What a terrible experience. I purchased a Groupon for eyelash extensions at Alichia Ryan. When I called to make an appointment, she said «If you have any questions, look on my website» and hung up on me. That should have been my first clue.
She not only rushed to finish my lashes (she had another appointment an hour later) but she spent half of the time taking phone calls and texting people. Seriously. When she finished, she took another phone call.
I had questions and concerns (one eye has more lashes than the other and it looks ridiculous) but she didn’t answer them because she was on the phone. I hate it when business owners offer Groupons, and treat the Groupon clients differently. Isn’t the point of offering a Groupon to drum up new business?
Edited to reply to Alichia’s response: Yes, I received a refund through Groupon. No, I don’t want you to redo my lashes or anything else. I found someone else to do my lashes that I am very happy with. You didn’t have time to answer my questions, but you had time to answer the phone, text, and chit chat multiple times??? Do you not see the irony? Lastly, I work in healthcare, and am clearly not a journalist with an agenda (have you seen my writing and grammar, lol). I am beginning to question your sanity.

So easy to make an appointment and I got right in for my teeth whitening. Cant wait to get them done tomorrow.

I absolutely have to give my girl Alichia 5 stars! She is an amazing artist! I love her work! Thank you so much for my beautiful eyebrows and eyeliner! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. It turned out perfectly with the right shape and color. It’s amazing how little time I have to spend getting ready in the morning anymore. If anyone is looking for permanent makeup, see Alichia. She will make you beautiful. It is on the pricier side but so worth it! I would do it all over again. And I will in a few years when I need a retouch! She’s the only one I’d go back to.
