BluSky Restoration Contractors

My family member used this company. He still has nightmares. If you live in Colorado Springs don’t use this Company– yes they screw people in that city as well. Careless work. Don’t clean up. Ruin other stuff in your house that there not too work on. Basically they are the worst company ever. Extremely rude. Just nasty people. Do horrible repairs/​/​work. Ryan Ishman is a horrible person. Does not know how too keep his word or be honest person. No integrity. No such thing in excellence in all we do with guy. Ryan Ishman could care less if he treats his clients like crap don’t matter if there elderly. Guy needs a good kick in the butt and learn how to treat clients. Worse than a car salesman!

BluSky is doing abatement, restoration and rebuild project for our commercial property. So far, I have been so impressed with everyone I have worked with from BluSky, very professional, efficient, courteous, real great communicators and does excellent work! I would strongly recommend BluSky for any restoration projects. I have had used similar services from other contractors when I used to live in Georgia and BluSky is far superior!
BluSky billed us for the first portion of work only and was willing to give us extended time in paying the first bill in case the insurance company was not timely with sending out the check. BluSky waited until the abatement work was completely done and we were completely satisfied with the work before billing us and gave us additional 30 days to pay. However, we did get the check from insurance three weeks prior to the bill being due! All this happened because the BluSky estimator was great working with our insurance adjuster for getting everything rolling as soon as possible.

The RUDEST company I hope to never do business with again! My final check is literally IN THE HANDS OF THE US POSTAL SERVICE… I get a call at 6:30 in the morning «We don’t have your final payment and we are putting a lein on your property TODAY!» The check arrived the very next day. RUN don’t walk away from this company. Momma never taught them any manners! ICKY!
