Have ordered from here a lot. We always get pizza for pick up because it saves a ton of money and the pizza is always ready as soon as you arrive. Its really cool to order online, click order, and then immediately rush out the door… the pizza is ready there for you in 10 – 15 minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait. The quality of Domino’s has really been improving over the last few years too. Always a good experience at this location.

Wow, I am writing this in the heat of the moment, as I just got off the phone with«the manager» at this location, and I am so frustrated with the way they have handled my order tonight. Let me preface this by saying, my evening is a special night with just my 6-year old son. My daughter is at a sleepover, and he was feeling bummed she was going to do that, so I let him pick the dinner and activity. As he took a bath, I placed the dinner order online. He wanted, specifically DOMINOS pepperoni pizza because he loves the crust. Knowing that I could place this order online and order ½ with a few other toppings, I jumped online and ordered a pizza with JUST pepperoni, and another half with pepperoni, mushrooms and banana peppers. Click, done. I proceed to get my son out of the bath, and we commence a wicked game of Mario Kart. Pizza arrives — great! Ready to eat. Pizza has pepperoni, mushrooms and banana peppers on it — on the WHOLE pizza. Needless to say, my son was pretty bummed, and not going to eat the pizza at hand. I quickly call dominos and explain the situation. Boy on the phone tells me that«he can try to remake my order, but it will take an hour to arrive,» I say, I don’t need a whole order remade, just a small pepperoni pizza for my kiddo. He tells me he will have it out to me in an hour. Since I live five minutes from the location, I probably should have just gotten my shoes on and picked it up, but my son wanted to play games — and his dinner was already not right, and he says he can wait. Not terribly pleased, but at this time it is only 7:15, and I am going to concede to letting him stay up late so that he gets to have the dinner he wanted. We started playing some board games, and an hour and fifteen minutes later, I start to feel annoyed as my kiddo tells me he is hungry. I call Dominos back, and am promptly placed on hold to speak with the manager. Manager gets on the phone, doesn’t even apologize, and tells me that there is nothing in the system that is showing that the person I spoke with actually made a small pepperoni and sent it out for delivery. Says that he can get one made now, and have it out to me in 30 minutes. Time is now nearly 9:00 p.m. What choice do I have? I am not someone to complain — we are human, we make mistakes, but this just felt like blatant disregard for the consumer, and in this case, the true consumer is my 6 year old kiddo. It is a good thing I have one of the most positive kids in the world — he won’t let you ruin our night. Anyway, way to go Dominos. Way to go.

I like Domino’s and they have some good deals but tonight they messed up my order and that is inexcusable. I ordered a Brooklyn crust with Marinara Sauce. I got a regular crust with some weird sauce and cheese on top that was totally undercooked and soggy. I had to throw it out as it was inconvenient for me to return it. It’ll be a while before I go back, especially since there are a couple other pizza places in the same plaza. A Few Days Later… I appreciate the fact I just did get a follow up and apology from Dominos. I really do like their product and am hopeful that, in the future, they will get things right. I like the effort they made in reaching out and correcting an issue. Done right, I do not believe there is no better pizza for the money.

Got to give them 5 stars. We order two medium pizzas online. They are ready to pick up in less than 15 minutes. Can feed our family of four for under $ 13.00. The food is always good, and always warm. Great value here.

I ordered a gluten free pizza to be delivered. Ordering online was easy and pizza was delivered in less than 30 minutes. My only complaint is they only offer gluten free in a small for the same price as others offer a medium.

got the carry out special for $ 7.99 with 3 items. i got the store # and location thru Unilocal and when i came to pick up the pizza, it was past 9 pm and quite dark. entire complex was dark and i coudnt figure out where the dominoes was. i had to call and finding out they do exist and. there lights were all out. no wonder i coudlnt find it. where is the light man to repair the sign anyway? started eating pizza on the way home and it was so good. when i brought it back home and realized it was wrong pizza. i ordered pineapple and olives withe xtra cheese but somehow, pineapple turned into peperoni. oh well… one person couldnt eat but i was able to so. fine for now. * fix the lights please

This is a rating for the service I received today. Ordinarily I am satisfied with the service and product from this location, but we are surrounded by several pizza restaurants and I am providing feedback in hopes the store provides its employees with better training. We ordered 5XL pizzas online for carryout and benefited from a 50% promo. We had a bunch of kids over and a few of them only eat Hawaiian style pizzas, which is one that I ordered. When they dug in, they complained that there was no pineapple — upon inspection we could not see any pineapple or «lumps» that looked like pineapple. I’ve ordered this pizza before and we’ve had no issues. I phoned the store to explain and the woman(I assume she was the manager) put me on hold and came back and said the girl who prepared the pizza said she swears she put the pineapple on it and it is under the provolone cheese. I asked the kids and they said they can’t even taste it. I told her that unless the pineapple was a purée, it doesn’t look like there was any put on it. The woman on the phone actually said, «I don’t know what you want me to do. I’m new and this hasn’t happened before.» At that point I knew what I was dealing with and said forget it. She didn’t say it sarcastically, but I could tell she wasn’t properly trained and was inexperienced. I commented that next time I’d better check the pizzas when we pick them up, and she actually agreed and said I should. So much for quality control. I hope the franchise owner or corporate sees this and does something to empower their employees or tells them not to answer the phone.

Horrible. Ordered a Pizza from here They said it would take 30 minutes. We ended up calling and just canceling after an hour and a half with no pizza and three calls.

We loved everything except the«delivery charge» — we made sure to tip our driver well since we think the delivery fee is a bogus extra charge that she would not see anyway. She was wonderful and our food was great. Unfortunately, we will probably order from Abo’s in the future since there is no fee for delivery with them, only a minimum which is how it should be.

Very friendly and helpful on the phone didn’t feel rushed, gave me tips on the Parmesan bread… this was on thanksgiving where every where else was closed and I was on hold forever for pizza hut. Bonus points. The pizza is just okay, it’s Domino’s…you should know what their pizza tastes like. The Parmesan bread was SOOOOGOOD!!! I’d order from here just to get these. Yum.
