Two months prior to our daughters wedding we had a water disaster in our house that ruined three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The last thing we needed was additional stress and First General worked hard to alleviate any. They assured us the work would be complete before the wedding, and even after we threw them a few curve balls they completed on time. We were mostly impressed with the professionalism and the friendliness of the staff.

We experienced outstanding service and exemplary job performance. Everyone from Stefanie in the office, to Todd, Water Mitigation Tech/​Estimator, to Mark, Estimator, to Jeremy, Project Manager and including their subcontractors were thorough and professional. First General Services took all the stress out of our roofing and remodeling issues in a timely manner.

Discovering water damage is stressful enough. First General Services were recommend and preferred by our insurance company. Our decision to go with First General proved to be the best choice.
The team was super friendly and communicated the process from start to finish clearly. They also worked around our schedule. The team was prompt every morning and got the job done much earlier than we expect.
Our damages brought a few unforseen challenges for the First General team, but at the end of repairs we were blown away at the quality of their work.
