There is an Asian kid named Tyler that is very polite and helpful. Best customer service I’ve had in a while.

Need to close this store and everyone needs to drive an extra mile down smoky hill(east) to the new one. I would go here when i was in a pinch and I left each time in disgust. Produce is always rotten and shelves are empty throughout store. If your list has 5 things on it you can count on 3 of those items not being there which is a complete waste of time because now you have to go to 2 places for 1 list. DDFD

I only grocery shop at King Soopers mainly because of their loyalty program. Not only do you get points to redeem discounted gas, their online coupon program is so easy to use once you start, you can’t stop.

Love hate relationship with this place. Good deli stuff, but holy wait even WITH the deli ordering system! High veggie prices. Seafood is great overall! Organic meat options I love. But good lord come here before 230 or after 730 or have fun fighting the retard zombies we get to call the general public.

This review will not come as a surprise to the store manager as I already read her the riot act about my last experience here. Here’s how I unloaded one bag of my groceries: Loose potatoes thrown on top of my beautiful tomatoes which were thrown on top of a bag of lettuce along with a bottle of Mucinex. The bottle of Mucinex was also smashing my box of 34degree rosemary crackers and, why not put the bananas on the very bottom while we’re at it? Can’t remember what else was also tossed randomly in that particular bag but it was ALL just ludicrous. The other bags weren’t much better. It’s tough enough shelling out so much dough these days for groceries only to have baggers show so little regard for us as customers & our purchases in this manner. This was the last straw for me at this particular King Soopers & I gotta tell you, I’m using bagging my purchases — from now on — as a crucial barometer for whether I continue to shop an establishment. Fair warning Kroger: shape up when your people are packing up our purchases or you will find more of us shipping out.

I came here the other day for the first time in 5 yrs and wow… Hectic, Loud, People directing you which line you need to be in… bad experience there! Won’t go back, way to much stuff to deal with and not worth it. Prices are higher than other places.

This particular king Soopers is always busy. I have resigned to avoiding the store at all costs on the weekend and weekdays from 5:00 pm — 7:30 pm. I do not like the new deli counter set up at all. When you do get someone to look at you, they are not particularly pleasant.

This is my store that i always go to. They have everything I want but they really need to work in getting more people in the customer service booth. There is always a line and only one or two purple working and very slow. If they would improve that i would give them another star.

I used to go to Safeway nearby. The selection and prices here are just better. I used to think that Safeway had better quality produce as well, but this King Soopers has great fresh fruit, veggies, and meats. I’ll likely make this my go-to supermarket from now on. I also really really like the self-checkout. That’s another thing that Safeway does NOT have.

This isn’t my favorite King Soopers in the area, but it’s pretty nice inside. It’s been remodeled recently and looks good. Huge parking lot though, and surprisingly hard to get in and out of. I usually go to Tower & Hampden store instead.

It’s close by, has a huge parking lot, and is open all the time. I’ve come and gotten many a bouquet of flowers here, when I’ve needed one in a pinch. The produce isn’t necessarily the best(Sprouts down the street is much better!), but it’s convenient. A one-stop shop for all your grocery needs… really, it’s got everything. I’m never blown away when shopping here, but it’s been a neighborhood staple for many, many years.

This is a much nicer king soopers than the one over off Hampden. The traffic is hectic getting in just due to how the roads and the lot were constructed. Good prices and service, and pretty clean.

I hate going here. But you gotta eat, so what you gonna do? The parking lot’s a nightmare. It’s like people forget they’re walking where people drive and just blithely ignore the face that they’re walking down the center of the aisle. Which, I guess, is what they do when they’re in the store as well. Blocking aisles at every turn, cutting you off, slamming into you, etc. The wife says I’m not allowed to come here anymore, I’ve run over too many people :) It seems like they’re always super busy, even with most of the lanes open. It also seems like no matter what day you go or what time you come, they’re always stocking the shelves. But we usually find everything we need here, at okay prices.

Its King Stupids, what do you expect? It is what it is and I suppose it works for me. Decent selection, OK prices, conveniently located. Crazy busy all the time. Kings in a nutshell. They do mark all gluten free items. Which rocks and makes it much easier to shop. This one’s a little old, but they recently updated the cheese section. Which is now amazing! So it is working its way up to earning another star!
