Pizza Hut

Terrible experience. Showed up for pickup when our pizza was supposed to be ready they said they were cutting it. Waited for ten minutes then someone finally came up and said the driver had taken one of our pizzas by accident. Did not try to remedy it with a free pizza or credit just said we would have to wait to remake it. We were in a hurry so I got my refund and I will never go back to this location. Poor management. I understand things happen but you make it right as a manager and it did not happen.

I have ordered from the store three times and every time my pizza has came warm and not warm as in it’s still you could still eat it but warm if it sent out for another five minutes then it would be cold in the first two times I didn’t say anything I just put my pizza in the microwave and moved on but the third time I said no and I called the manager and I told him that my pizza was not hot it was not warm enough to him to say that I’m satisfied but it looks like the pizza was done and sitting under a warmer for quite some time the manager replied to me «It’s only warm? «Nobody likes warm food I told him I wanted a refund I also told him that whenever I order from Domino’s my pizza always comes hot almost like it came right out of the oven I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut anymore. Oh and one more thing it took an hour and a half to deliver a medium pizza and wings… ridiculous.

I was a little hesitant to order from this Pizza Hut due to its reputation but my husband and I were really craving their delicious pan crust today. I placed the order at 4:15 and Kenneth delivered our pizza and wings hot and fresh by 5:00 pm on New Years Eve! That’s less than the one hour they estimated. Great!

Pizza was good but the service was atrocious. Followed their pizza app that tells you when your pizza is ready and when to get there. I got there and the appropriate time and had to wait another 20 minutes for my pie. Why have a pizza tracker if it is not accurate?

I have tried 3 times now with this Pizza Hut; cold pizza, and insanely slow delivery (I live less than three miles away). The corporate office needs to step in and fire whomever is managing this location, it is deplorable.

Would rate zero if possible. Awful service. Ordered and an HOUR AND A HALF later… still no pizza. It was one pizza and an 8 piece order of wings. On a Thursday night. Nine thirty pm and I’m loosing my appetite and extremely disappointed. Will never order from here again. So dissatisfied usually pizza Hut service is pretty acceptable everywhere else!

SECOND UPDATE:
Pizza arrives, stone cold.
10:00 pm.
In all, I called them 6 times during the evening. And being two blocks away, it took 5 hours to get me a cheese pizza.
UPDATE: it is now 9:45 pm, still no pizza.
I also can’t give this a zero.
I ordered my pizza at 5:50 pm. It is now 9:31pm.
The store is two blocks away.
I was spoken rudely to when I called to inquire about it, and I was offered the pizza for free, but that is just not enough.
Not even close to enough.
Utterly deplorable, I will NEVER use these people again!

Good deal except for the fact that my pizzas took 2 hours and arrived ice cold even though I live less than a mile away. Poorly managed location to say the least

Why a one star? Because you can’t give a 0 star. Ordered last night at the hotel I was staying at, sweet hot chicken wings and waffle fries. Cost after delivery and tip $ 20. Wings were disgusting cold and under done. You could kill people that way. So I tossed them without eating any of them to avoid salmonella. Now the fries, how in the heck can you screw up fries? Hardened overdone disgusting and cold are just a few statements describing those. Basically skip pizza hut all together but especially this one.
