Horrible service. Had to stand around for a long time even though it said seat yourself, all open tables were reserved and there wasn’t a hostess to be found. Waited 10 – 15 before a server came to get our drink order. When I tried to order an appetizer I was told to wait and she’d come back after getting our drinks. Had to ask for more water when all glasses were empty… As far as the food, Mediocre sushi at best. Small pieces of fish, miso soup wasn’t very flavorful. Won’t be back.

My coworkers and I went here for lunch today. There were only 6 of us and it was a total train-wreck. We waited an hour and forty minutes to be served — when we did get our food, the chicken was dry and the eggrolls were mushy. Our server offered us a 25% discount since we waited so long yet when we received our individual bills, she did not include it. She said she was not able to add the discount to us individually so if we wanted to accept the discount, we would have to lump all of our orders together and she’d take it off the top. We were very frustrated and had to get back to work so we agreed. 5 of us paid by card, 1 with cash. My friend who paid with the cash — the waitress took the money for her meal and kept it as a tip. She then charged the 5 of us for our friend’s meal as well. The discount was also not applied to our checks. Frustrated, we explained that the cash our friend placed was not a tip. Our server did not apologize and instead just stood there. The worst part of this whole experience was the server. She was thoroughly incompetent, unapologetic and I honestly feel like she tried to avoid giving us a discount and that she intended to keep my friend’s cash as a tip. We are never coming back. Moreover, we’ve told all the people in our office about the abysmal service we received and no one from our company will frequent this location again. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Completely and utterly abysmal.

Well I’ve been back a few times and unfortunately I’ve got to downgrade the rating. The last two times I visited it was«please seat yourself» and I had trouble finding a table that was clean. Service was very slow and not attentive at all. Last night, it seemed like there was one server for the entire restaurant. On a Friday night. Yikes. It took 20 minutes to get a glass of water and almost 45 minutes to get two sushi rolls. I’d asked for brown rice but didn’t get it, but I ate them anyway because I was too hungry at that point to wait for a redo. And since my server never stopped by to ask how the food was, I guess it’s a good thing I just ate my sushi as-is or I might have been there all night!

Our biggest pet peeve would be the waitress asking for your drink order the moment you sit down. You just feel rushed. We weren’t even handed a drink menu yet. Service after that was fine tho. We did the all you can eat. The sushi over all was decent but by far not the best we ever had. I’m not a huge fan of tons of mayo on rolls. They also have a ton of deep fried options, we tried some just because, but would never again. I prefer more tradition rolls.

I live close to this place. The sushi is great. The prices are great and the people there are very friendly. They also deliver which is really convenient.

We used to have good experiences at this location and loved the all you can eat option, but recently they changed management, changed the menu and everything has gone south. The last time we went the food was ok, but the service was absolutely horrible. There were 6 of us, the restaurant was nearly empty and not one of us got our food at the same time(we each ordered the box lunch specials). I thought maybe they were just working out the kinks, so we tried again. They actually managed to get worse with time. This time the food was not even good, the rolls were very tiny with very little fish in them(even from the full priced menu), and again, the service was horrible. The waitress actually managed to charge me for someone else’s order. As an added bonus, all three of us felt ill after our meal. I was willing to give them a second chance after the first bad experience, but this will be our last visit.

Just thought I would update. They have changed owners and the lunch buffets are gone. However, they now have a happy hour during lunch on weekdays which is pretty much a better deal(you can combine certain rolls and appetizers for $ 10, which works pretty well). the food quality is the same – delicious. Their shrimp teriyaki has actually gotten better as it is a bit drier. I am a regular customer and will definitely be going back!

Great sushi. Fresh, full of flavor and great service. Got a $ 50 Groupon for $ 35 and was able to use it toward the All You Can Eat menu, which had a surprisingly large selection of Nigiri and Rolls to choose from. The beer was ice cold and ambiance casual.

I stumbled across this hidden Gem. I had dinner here and found out they have an all you can eat sushi deal. I got my fix of Sushi. The food tasted great and the service was exceptional! The waiter I had was named Johnny and he was super friendly and great! A few Bronco players stopped in for food as well and I found out it is one of there favorite places to eat. I gave them 5 stars and I will certainly be back!

If your going here to eat the all you can eat option is the best bet for the value. Many of their other rolls are priced a bit high I think. The food was pretty good overall but the service was just ok all things considered. There was only one other couple in there aside from us and it seemed like we still had to wait a bit longer then I would have thought for the waitress to come over or for us to get her attention or for us to get our drinks. All in all the place isn’t bad, but I don’t know if I would come back.

Craving sushi? Here’s a place. They have more on the menu(Shrimp Tempura Roll is most delish) and the Plum IceTea is uniquely refreshing and not too sweet. They added more seating in the back room(smart choice) which makes it great to catch a game. Yes, football at a Sushi restaurant… Who would’ve thought? Take a spin off the traditional pub.

This is your standard, cookie cutter, sushi restaurant. Nothing really that special about it, but not by any means bad. No need to drive across town to go here, but if you’re in the neighborhood and want sushi(all you can eat), then by all means.

This place was just ok. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good. The rolls were just plain. Nothing to get excited about. I didn’t feel like it was a good value at all. They have a full belly all you can eat, but why do you want to stuff yourself on not great food?

Customer service is always the first thing for me. Excellent. Johnny and Julian were super! Explained the menu and items. We came in(unknowingly) 6minutes before they closed for lunch. The food was delicious. We had the fox roll, dragon/chicken roll and wasabi special roll. They were $ 10 each. Little pricey but worth it for on occasional date night.

Wasabi now has $ 26 all-you-can-eat for dinner. I find myself coming here often(Sushi Katsu is $ 25 and is often overcrowded, and there’s never a wait at Wasabi.) The tempura is lovely and they don’t skimp on the shrimp tempura. The staff are friendly and nice. The rolls are tasty and the fish fresh. I definitely enjoy coming here to have sushi. At this point I think I am something of a familiar face by now. Staff here know to leave me alone when I’m eating alone at a table with my food and my Kindle, EXACTLY the way I want to be treated.(If I’m alone at dinner, I want waitstaff to bring me the food, and then leave me alone unless I need them – I’ll call if I want something.) I have to admit that I prefer Sushi Katsu for the smaller nigiri, but in every other aspect, Wasabi is a VERY strong contender and one of my favorite local places for all-you-can-eat sushi for dinner.

Very nice décor, clean, friendly staff. Lots of options for happy hour, both drinks and sushi. We ordered some salmon nigiri, the shrimp tempura roll, dragon roll, and crazy II roll. Everything was decent, nothing extraordinary, but amazing for $ 22. Dragon roll came with chicken, which was a first for me.

Having lived in Japan, I learned how to prepare sushi and I know what good sushi tastes like. I was pleasantly surprised to experience and savor the delicious sushi offerings at Wasabi Sushi. Pros: The place is nice inside, with a rear area bar and lounge with couch and low, fat cozy chairs. It sports an outdoor patio which looks nice, but it’s winter and covered in snow, so it’s closed. The miso soup was fabulous and hot. My daughter and I chose a wide variety of nigiri which had generous pieces of fish that were very fresh. The rolls were okay, but rather unexciting. Our server Steven was friendly and attentive and when he found out we loved spicy, he brought out a little bowl of Sriracha for us. :-) Cons: The low, fat cozy chairs aren’t cushiony on the bum. The walls in the lounge were lined with empty bottles of booze which made it look trashy. Another drawback was the rice underneath the nigiri fell apart every time we picked them up. That’s a sign of old rice or lower quality rice. It also wasn’t seasoned properly, as it needed more vinegar. They were very stingy about the amount of wasabi and ginger they gave you with your orders. It’s in the name of this place, for crying out loud! When we asked for more, we were given a teaspoon amount. Meh. The tempura was heinous! Greasy as all get out! For these things, I deduct a star. Overall, good and tasty, but could use improvement. I may return. ;-)

Yeah buddy!!! I have been to soooo many sushi restaurants in colorado since we moved here and this is the one!!! We walked in and was immediately greeted and seated, of our choice. We sat in a high table with lovely bar height chairs that, I thought, were very comfortable! We were introduced to the menu and was recommended the all u can eat sushi for $ 15 each. This was intriguing. I’ve never had that before. Normally my husband and I will spend anywhere between $ 50-$ 70 on sushi, this was $ 30??? Ok what’s the catch? You have to eat it all!!! If there is any leftover, you will have to pay for each piece or roll. I was still ALLIN! We shared 5 rolls, which, to my amazement, we finished!!! I wasn’t overly stuffed, but in the just right feeling. Glad I didn’t order 6 hahaha! We were introduced to this place from a groupon gift from my mother in law. The groupon was worth $ 20. So we only paid $ 10 plus tax/tip! Cheapest and yummiest sushi! Thank goodness she bought us two as a gift!!! Cause I’m going back for sure!!!

I had heard good things about this sushi joint, but unfortunately The quality of the food and the quality of the service was just not up to par with similar establishments. The all you can eat menu was not explained, service was slow, and although it was clear some waiters were trying to really give a good experience, the overall time spent was just not good. For the most part, sushi roles had very little character and little taste to make them stand out, and frankly speaking the Yakisoba was not only the best dish, but the best value as well. For $ 27 for all you can eat, and a la carte roles for over $ 10, your money is really best spent on the noodles. If you are looking for good food and a good value, try sushi Katsu down the road.

I came here with a girlfriend and used the Groupon I had. Our server was awesome(thank you Robert) and the food was great. They have started doing an all you can eat and it covers almost everything. The susuhi was great and tasty and a great selection of rolls. I will be back… SOON
