I ordered an electric range and a dishwasher on the Internet. They called me a week after my order to schedule delivery, treated me like a second class citizen when they knew it was an Internet order, the delivery time set did not work for me I clearly told them and they did nothing about it. They assured me they would install the new ones and put the old ones in the basement for me. The day of delivery they were 2 hours later than expected and did not install the dishwasher. I called and left messages twice and no one calls me back. Joke is on them I own 3 homes in the area and manage 30 vacation rentals not to mention am a part of the chamber, local BNI, Rotary, and I do SBA consulting so they just assured Lowe’s will get my future biz as they have treated me right many times. They also have ensured everyone who will listen gets a warning about Sears.

Renee Hanson, the operations manager, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She helped me choose a refrigerator, gave me lots of printouts, explained how everything worked, spent a lot of time with me at the computer station searching for just what I wanted. When I bought the refrigerator, she made copies of the sales slip and highlighted the words I needed to get my rebate from Sears. Go talk to Renee if you have questions about any of the merchandise.
