It can get crazy and super crowded in the store. Seems too me many workers are a bunch of smart asses they probably get it from their main manager the short lady with glasses. I’ve seen the same faces working in the store for 10 years now. If you have the money definitely shop retail and skip outlet. The quality of clothes is sub par some are at the level of Macys. Brooks Brothers name is not what it used to be. It’s all about sales there

This is a large BB outlet store, but has limited womens clothing. But it does have great sales most Holiday weekends, so look for those.
The help here can be hit or miss, depends who is working I suppose.

The customer service in this particular store is atrocious. The manager got confrontational very quickly, and made me feel very unwelcome, while I was making a standard exchange (made necessary due to a mistake made by the previous store I visited). That being said normally in other locations I have had nothing but positive experiences, which probably added to the reason I was so shocked to be treated poorly. Stay away from this location if possible it’s worth the extra drive elsewhere.

Prices are good, but customer service is terrible to the point where they became argumentative on simple suggestion. I hardly write reviews, but this one is pretty bad :(

Prices seemed great, but couldn’t ever get someone who worked there’s attention to find what I was looking for. The only time any employee spoke to me was to tell me I needed to put my umbrella in a bag or leave it outside. Was looking forward to buying several things, but I guess the store didn’t need my money.

Prices are good but do Not use their fedex service. The package which was a valentine present got lost. They had not requested a signature and three different people took a week to find it. The salesmen and delivery manager came up with three different stories and were never apologetic. Customer service in my case had no «service. «. I myself never complain so it took some doing to get me to write this.

Well, you take a shirt that goes for $ 100, cut it by 60% and then another 15% off… well, that’s a pretty decent deal. Friend who came here for the first time ended up with more than $ 600 worth of shirts! The coupon book requires spending more than $ 150 at a time to get the discount, but three shirts will get you there. Corporate discounts may provide a better price, though.
Staff is fairly attentive. And if they don’t show something at the display, ask, they probably can supply it. It’s not quite the same as a full-​fledged Brooks Brothers staff attention, but it’s still pretty decent.

My fiancé ended up getting two suits plus two extra pants here. It was a great deal! When we first walked into the Common a stranger asked us if we wanted coupons because she printed an extra copy. Score for us! That saved us an extra 20% I think which brought the price down to $ 600. We were very pleased. So definitely print those coupons before coming to shop!
The sales ladies were running around but very willing to help/​look in the back for a size. They said the pants run very small which we could tell but I would say it just means a size small. They run out of the more popular sizes (32 – 34) but you can find what you want if you search and ask them to look in the back.
