My aunt and uncle get pizza from Monical’s weekly. They have a special one night of the week(Tuesdays?) with a deal. Last time I went to visit them, we had pizza for dinner. It was a really great pizza but I am a little disappointed with their topping selection. I ended up getting a BBQ chicken pizza and it was fantastic.

Pizza was missing ingredients. Nacho cheese sauce was brown like it was burnt. Pizza tasted plain. Doesn’t taste like monicals. Best place to go is monical’s in tuscola, Illinois. Service wasn’t good. Our waitress threw our stuff at us. She threw a fork at my daughter. All their highchairs were broken. A server at the front desk made us get our own to go cups out of the cabinets. Wasn’t a good experience for my family.

Certainly the best in Centralia, and I don’t even care for thin crust pizza. Friendly service and good prices.

Pizza is thin and crispy. Seasoned well. Perfect amount of sauce and toppings on every pizza we have ever had. Family pleaser easily feeds four with some left over. Staff is always courteous and very attentive. Very well managed and trained. Traveled all over the country and can not find pizza like theirs.

This is perfect for a local hangout serving great pizza. There are always a nice group of young people working there and they get the orders right and out quickly. We love, love, love this pizza.

This is probably the best mom and pop pizza joint in Centralia. I remember when it was a small building called Pizza Man. We use to go here when I was a kid after every baseball game. As years went on I even took my own daughter here. The pizza is thin crust. All the toppings are nothing special, but they are decent. Salad is not bad. I can remember getting sugar rushes from the Mr. Pibb from the tap. Service here is fast and pretty friendly. The place was always packed out when we would go. Even during lunch it is pretty packed out. If you enjoy a good sit down meal of cardboard thin crust pizza you can’t go wrong. Get the Family Special. It’s worth it.

Monical’s Pizza is a small midwestern chain that bought out the old local favorite Pizza Man. This business gets a Midwestern«3 stars» although if I compared it across the country it’s more like 2 or 2 ½. The pizza is pretty good, a nice very crispy thin crust… the exact opposite of Chicago-style pizza or Zachary’s in Oakland. Toppings are your very standard ones… nothing exotic here. Salads are iceberg lettuce with shredded cheese and bits of tomato. Dressing is the finest Kraft can put in a plastic bag. Extra-sugary French dressing is delivered in vast quantities in a squirt bottle. The locals(I used to be one) like to eat it on crackers. Service is friendly and this place specializes in quantity. Definitely nothing adventurous but the best pizza in Centralia.
