I used to consider Auntie Anne’s being my favorite pretzel spot whenever I go to the mall. That is until I discovered another place. Both places having their ups and downs that is. I went here today to use my freebie since they had a promo celebrating pretzel day or whatever and I went with a cinnamon pretzel. I also got to use my birthday freebie and got a sour cream and onion one. While both pretzels were soft, I was a bit disappointed in the fact that the outside of the pretzel didn’t have that crispy texture as you bite into it. The Lakewood location does a much better job at making their pretzels crispy. This location fails in doing so. Maybe the fact that they were giving out too many free pretzels was the reason for the lack of consistent quality but all in all I might give em another chance but for now I’ll stick to the other location.

Good food. Just make sure you check the price when you upgrade your combo order. They add more than what they tell you the additional cost is.

Check in offer — buy one pretzel and get one free! Delicious pretzel, although a little on the skinny side. I think it depends on who is making the pretzels that day. Cheese sauce is the best so I got an extra — plenty of cheesy goodness! Bad news — no iced tea. :(

I’m a huge fan/critic of pretzels and Auntie Anne does me good every single time. The pretzels are made right in front of ya and given to you ready, warm and perfectly made. The crunchy to squishy ratio is on point and the workers are very kind. My go-to pretzel is either the sweet almond covered one or the pizza one. While the first is dunked in cinnamon goodness the other has pepperonis with melted cheese on top. Super groooovy. Make sure you take advantage of their combos and free samples Went earlier today and the girl who was working it was pretty cute. I’m into that

Visited this location during the 2012 Christmas season. Waited in line for 20 minutes(only cause my daughter was hungry) finally get to the cashier and the guy asks me if I am paying cash OR with a credit card. I replied, cash. He proceeds to tell me,“oh, she will help u over there which meant I had to get to the ENDOFTHELINEAGAIN! NOT!!! There was no sign letting the customer know which line to get in if you were paying cash and which line to get in of u were paying with a credit card! WTF!!! I get in the line for CASHONLY and the girl that helped was just as RUDE as the dude that just pointed for me to go to the end if I wanted to give them my business! POOR customer service and the 2 employees working at the cash register acted as though they could careless that you’d just chosen their establishment to do business!!! DONOTWASTE your hard earned cash or time doing business at this location!!!

Seriously? This star has nothing to do with what they serve because that’s in my previous review. The one star is for an offer they offered me and I never was granted it! Long story short: The owner left me a message thanking me for my review and offered me to come in any time I wanted to receive a complimentary pretzel of my liking. So I go to Auntie Anne’s, told the cashier about the message and she denied me of my complimentary pretzel saying the manager wasn’t it. So ok, I understood that. Next couple of times I came in the cashier tells me either the manager isn’t there, we don’t do that anymore, or we were never informed of anything. I was so upset from coming here 8 times that I ended up writing the corporate headquarters. They ended up apologizing and sending me a card for a free pretzel, but I mean come on. did it really have to take me to go that far? RIDICULOUS! Hey, at least the pretzels are good HAHA

Cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets, you my only friend… No, really… when you get these warm & soft, in a cup to contain most the mess… Damn. I usually hit up Hot Dog On A Stick for a large frozen lemonade, then wander over here for some nugget love. I don’t know whose idea it was to put it next to Cinnabon though. Some days it’s a struggle to choose. = \

After trying out the pretzels at Auntie Anne’s, I cant seem to be satisfied elsewhere. I tried going to Wetzel’s and ended up throwing away my pretzel after one bite. Garlic parmasean with a cup of ice cold lemonade *heart*

MINDBLOWN!!! How good does the Almond pretzel have to be for me to actually eat NUTS?!(I HATENUTS) Better yet, buy three get the fourth free?! If I knew who Auntie Anne was I think I’d do one of two things;try with all my heart to wrangle out of her the recipe to making these delicious pretezels or bow in reverance to the woman who was able to combine dough and almonds into the saliva-inducing, flavor explosion in my mouth.

Who is this Auntie Anne and why is her pretzels so delicious? I love their regular pretzel with jalapeño cheese sauce! I don’t need anything fancy like cinnamon, or jalapeño. The pretzel is so soft on the inside and crispy on the outside — just the way that a pretzel should be. If I need something more, I would order the Pretzel Dog. This is almost a meal by itself. It will definitely eliminate any hunger pains you have while shopping @ the Cerritos Mall.

Great pretzel stand. Back in the day, Auntie Anne’s occupied the space where the Dumpling Express is now before moving around the corner. Ever since they were in that old location, I’ve had their cinnamon pretzel. I fell in love with it from Day One, and continue to get that exact same flavor whenever I feel like getting a pretzel. The taste hasn’t changed at all. If you’re a mall employee, you get free pretzels. I found this out because when I ordered a cinnamon pretzel once, the owner asked for which store I worked for then offered it to me for free.(I never worked at the Los Cerritos Center, but I’m there so often that employees for the stores probably think I do). Every so often, Auntie Anne’s gives away a free pretzel to every customer for a few hours during the day. I think this has to do with their anniversary celebration, but when it does… the lines here are ridiculous. And, sadly, I’ve found myself passing by two years in a row and waiting in line to get a free cinnamon pretzel.

Glazin Raisin does not need any dip. I like my almond or cinnamon sugar pretzel chewy and warm. I’d rather have the original pretzel than the stix form. Lemonade + sesame pretzel is a good combination. The pretzel dog is okay.

I don’t ever want to know how many calories are in one of these babies. It is just good. Whenever I break down and have to go to the mall… I have to have one of these things! And it was quite the circus to come here over the weekend. But as a good shopping buddy to a friend, we braved our way here. They have some crazy flavors now such as garlic(just looks like a powder on the pretzel?), sour cream & onion(no thanks, just stick to the chips please) or jalapeño? I think just the regular with salt is fabulous. And since we’re splurging… the cheese or hot mustard dip. OK and a GIANT size of your head lemonade… but that’s it. Until next time when I am at the mall…

Auntie Anne’s makes the best pretzels on the planet. I don’t even know why Wetzel’s Pretzels even exists. I mean, HELLO. Auntie Anne’s is so far superior. All their flavors are good — both salty and sweet varieties. And the salty ones go really well with the lemonade. My mouth waters just at the thought of eating one. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ruined my appetite because I thought I could sneak a pretzel in before a meal.

As far as soft pretzels go, I think Auntie Anne’s is the Best. I used to go to this one as often as I was at the Cerritos Mall. The pretzels are cooked perfectly, a little crisp on the outside and warm and chewy on the inside. I usually go with the plain with no salt and the butter on it. Awesome. I sometimes get the almond one and get the caramel dip if I’m in the mood for sweet. But basically all of their pretzels are good so if you ever see a Auntie Anne’s go and get one, you will not be disappointed. Note: HaHa Mike L. I beat you to another Cerritos place.
