Today we ran out of CO2 at our restaurant. Our manager called Better Beverages and was initially told that they would drop another tank within 24 hours. I called back and the operator transferred me to a very nice manager. I stressed to him the urgency of our request and he told me they would do their best to get to us sooner. Within an hour, we got an emergency delivery which will take us through tomorrow. Thanks a million for such a quick (and friendly) response.

We are a restaurant that is open everyday except Thanksgiving, we used to work with a different soda company, today, New Year’s Eve, we notice two of our CO tanks are empty, so I give them a call. They say their computers have been down, and they don’t know if or when we were supposed to have a delivery of our CO tanks. With the only option being to pick it up ourselves from their location in Cerritos, or wait until Thursday or Friday for their next available delivery.
Looks like we may be saying farewell to them because of this. Completely unacceptable to leave your clients like this who have regularly scheduled pickups/​deliveries.
